My family's stay at this resort was nothing short of enchanting. Before arriving, I was weighing the pros and cons of staying at the resort versus a nearby hotel. Ultimately, I am grateful for choosing the resort, as the staff were consistently respectful, friendly, and welcoming. The resort's emphasis on family and convenient access to the parks were significant highlights. While Islamic customs may have seemed unusual, the locals treated us with kindness and respect....
100% would recommend. Beautiful amenities.
Clean rooms. Location was perfect. We took the water taxi to the Universal parks.
We didn't get to enjoy the pool due to being in the theme parks. Idk if they had a jacuzzi.

Hotel is very dated. I'm sure it was amazing 20 years ago. They even had house phone banks.
Don't think this is going to be a luxury hotel. It's a lower tier older hotel, but it packages in free express passes so the price is acceptable.
