The pasta dish was phenomenal. So tasty and different. Beautiful place and reasonably quick. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-22
we were very satisfied with our visit to lombard’s. everything was perfect. the friendly staff seated us promptly and went above and beyond with their service. the food came extremely fast. the fish tacos i got were delicious and some of the best i’ve had. the fish and chips were also delicious. the food is fairly priced, especially when considering this is inside a theme park (which you wouldn’t expect from the quality of the food). also, they have a HUGE aquarium and some beautiful fountains when you enter.

If this restaurant was not in a theme park- I could see this easily becoming a place I would frequent. First of all the staff is over the top friendly and outgoing. They have a great selection of items on their menu- from burgers to bowls to soup and salad and lobster rolls and lobster mac n cheese. Our server Katrina was super friendly. We ordered the bang bag shrimp and the burger with fries and we were all very pleased with our food. The portions were a good size. The batter on the very large shrimp was crispy but not burnt. The bacon on the burger was also crispy which is what I prefer. The three of us were very pleased with our whole experience at Lombards.

Was so nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a real meal at universal. Prices were pretty average, a little more than your novelty food in the theme areas. Cole was our server and was so attentive and wonderful!
I got the butternut squash ravioli with chicken on the side and it was a perfect amount. HIGHLY recommended checking this place out. Lunch seems to be a slower time as well.

I wanted to love this place, but it honestly fell flat. We ordered the Lombards salad, lobster mac and cheese and the sea bass. The solid unfortunately was tasteless, I’m convinced the lobster was actually bad and the seabass was just unimpressive. Our boys both ordered burgers and that was the best thing about this place, which is sad that is a seafood restaurant. It’s a pretty restaurant and the service was good, but we will not be back. It definitely was not worth the money.

I want to share my experience at Lombard Seafood Grill in Orlando. The service was excellent — very kind and attentive — but unfortunately, the quality of the food was extremely disappointing. The steak was literally burned with charcoal on it, and the pasta came out dry and flavorless. We paid around $300, and the culinary experience did not match that value at all. Excellent service, but terrible food. I would not return.

We visited based on the excellent reviews, but unfortunately experienced a significant delay with our order due to a kitchen oversight. However, the manager was extremely apologetic and handled the situation professionally and graciously. His customer service truly stood out. Once our food arrived, it was delicious and well worth the wait.

Open dining room with live fish tanks made the atmosphere perfect and calming for after visiting parks. Service was super friendly and prompt. Food was super delicious. We had burger and shrimp Alfredo for entrée and the lobster mac for a side. Perfect combo for us to split. Burger was amazing and the shrimp was perfect! No line to wait in but ample seating in waiting area. Fish fountain added to the calming atmosphere. Oh saw somone get the bloody mary and it looked amazing!

My wife and I came here last night since we hadn’t done seafood on our honeymoon yet. We were pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food was! The Shrimp Alfredo was amazing, and the Caesar salad was possibly the best Caesar I’ve ever had!
Xavier was the most kind and generous server we have had in a very long time. He even gave us both a free dessert and Universal “honeymoon” pins. He was timely and always made sure we had what we needed. If you decide to eat here, ask for Xavier to be your server!

Would comeback: Yes
Note: Considering that you are mostly surrounded by junk food restaurants at the park, this place is even more phenomenal as you can have a decent meal.

The food is terrible here. Super salty. Worst Rockefeller oysters I've ever had, still tasted raw almost with barely any toppings. Macaroni and cheese was flavorless. The glaze on the sea bass did not go well. The lobster bisque was extremely salty. Shrimp Alfredo was OK but the noodles had a weird texture. Good quick service though and nice ambiance. Nice staff.
