Lombard's Seafood Grill

Food was great and the service was amazing! Cole was such a sweet and attentive server. We never had to ask for anything he just always knew.

It is a nice place. The service was good. The food was not the best. We expected more.

The food here is meh but the fish tank here sickens me, the fish are not kept in a clean tank and the conditions are downright abuse, their management will be hearing from me.

Went to Lombards yesterday. We spent $100 for the worst meal we have ever eaten. I would give 0 stars for food if I could.
1) There was a delay in the kitchen and it took 50 minutes to receive our food.
2) The calamari was cold, not breaded and undercooked. (We actually asked yah they be removed and sent back as they were inedible).
3) My sons chicken strips didn’t arrive with the order.
4) My soup was cold and my salad had wilted lettuce.

The waiter was so friendly and apologetic that we still tipped well as we didn’t want to ruin his day as he was working so hard.

DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
Came by for lunch at 1pm on a Tuesday and we ordered the fisherman’s basket and mahi tacos.
Funny thing is there was a family that had been seated right next to us who received their food 20 minutes before us- mind you we had already ordered our food with our server before the other family even got here. Total time it took us to get our food was 45 min and our server claims it was due to a “printer issue”. If it truly was, wouldn’t everyone else’s orders be pushed back as well? Very unprofessional to excuse her forgetfulness with a printer error- at least make the excuse believable.
Fish portions in the tacos were very inconsistent and were extremely over-salted. Half of my basket was undercooked with translucent scallops, shrimp, and spoiled cod. Brought this to the attention of my server who jokingly told us we should have told her sooner but she was never to be seen after she took our order- food runners had delivered the food to our tables and it’s like she disappeared for half an hour only to show up when we were basically done eating. The manager never came up to address any of these issues and I wasted over $150 and an hour and a half of my day at the park.

Sadly this was a very poor experience. Upon arrival we were told to go inside and meet the staff inside where we would be seated. After standing inside a few minutes, we were taken to our table by someone who came form outside. The venues was quiet and the park was due to close in an hour. Upon being seated a good number of neighbouring tables were covered in empty plates. We were seated next to a large group, despite there being lots of tables elsewhere, where you would not be seated near anyone else.

I ordered a Shrimp Cobb salad, the Shrimp was cold and not freshly cooked. The ginger ale had no flavour after my first glass. My colleague ordered fish and chips, the chips were rock hard and not thoroughly cooked, the batter on the fish was flourly, incredibly thick and not nice.

We reported concerns to our server who simply apologised offered drinks to go - despite my drink not having any flavour, and proceeded to charge us in full, along with the usual tip they expect in the USA even if the service and food was terrible.

An awful finish to an otherwise very enjoyable day.

The service was great, but the food was a bit disappointing. The portions were small, and the food itself wasn’t particularly tasty. Considering the price tag of around $20-30 per person, it’s a bit of a letdown.

The Sausalito Chicken Sandwich is the best sammy I've had at ANY theme park! The fries have vastly improved from the last few months. We will be back again and again.

Service was ok, server came one after we got our food. The food was terrible, I had the wharf burger and it was incredibly dry and had 0 seasoning. A McDonald’s burger would have been better by a mile. Not to mention my wife order the fisherman’s basket and got more fries than fish. Also the one single piece of fish that she got tasted spoiled. Do not eat here.

Burger dry, fries good, my plate was the fisher’s man basket and it literally had 1 piece of cod (which tasted rancid, spoiled) and 2 shrimps. The rest was fries, bay scallops and a few calamari. Don’t waste your money. You’re better off with a pizza.
