Mostly a members only place.Very nice inside and outside areas.They have food that looks very nice.Went here with friends that are members.Had a great night. The people are very friendly. The staff were great...Be careful with your credit card at the bar.I paid my tab out cash but was charged as well. I paid out a different bartender than the one I opened my tab with... That also is not a good idea... lol...It wasn't a lot of money so I let it go... Just FYI here though...Could have been an honest mistake too.

I have never felt more out of place or wanted to leave a venue faster than this place. I was attending a friend's birthday party at a different place that was right next-door and they decided that they wanted to check out the London House afterwards. I was apprehensive because this place has a reputation for being extremely expensive and giving you a hard time about getting in because of their "members only" policy. Well today I regret agreeing to go. This was by far the stuffiest and pretentious crowd I have ever been around. Not only did we have to wait in the lobby for the "host" to decide for about 15 minutes if we were worthy enough to go in, but he kept saying they were at capacity. They were nowhere near it ! I almost just told my friends I was just going to head home because I don't wait to be "chosen" to get in places. The host finally let us in, and I could see immediately that this was not my scene. The DJ was terrible, there were half naked girls dancing on some podium thing, and the men there were obviously looking for women to take home. I told my friends I wasn't staying long and did not want to drink there because there was no way I was paying $40 for a cocktail. I will leave my review off by saying that the bathrooms were disgusting for such a "high-end" venue, the people are just not a good vibe, and this place is somewhere I will never return to again. The bartenders were miserable as well. Please avoid this place, unless you like feeling like you are rich but you're not.

I am a member and I can confidently affirm that this establishment is truly exceptional. The staff demonstrates exceptional professionalism, the management is highly welcoming, and the members conduct themselves with utmost respect. Furthermore, the bathroom layout is truly remarkable and deserves special mention.

Definitely a must visit in the Orlando area and an over the top experience! I recommend the bar / lounge area on a weekday if you’re looking for something chill or weekend if you want to party.

Food was mediocre with very bad service we were the only table at 5 pm weekday ordered food expensive steak came out cold and raw meat I thought by mistake they brought out raw meat nobody care to check on us I called waitress she told it back and brought it even worse we asked for check at the end and when they brought the check we want by I order tea waitress she came and grabbed the check she said I forgot to add the 3$ tea to check omg what’s rip off

Interesting place to eat, food was decent and the atmosphere was very unique. However, they really need to work on maintaining their building. Everything looks a little neglected. Seat cushions were worn and dirty, the chandeliers are dusty and dirty, and the floors all look scuffed. Feels like the place needs an update.
