We stopped here after a day in the parks so naturally it was really busy. You could tell the only server in the area was flustered and I can't blame him for the delays in food or drinks. The volcano nachos took 50 minutes or so but were very good. I'm sure if you go on normal times it isn't as bad.

My husband and I have always enjoyed the Lone Palm as a break from the parks. From the cool vibe with the Jimmy Buffett plane and awesome music videos. But the very best part is a bartender named Joe! So friendly and engaging and making his customers feel like family

Popped in for a drink. Server seemed to be offended that I tried to order at the bar. "That's not how it works" was his comment in a rather rude tone. Wouldn't return. Much friendlier places around.

Great location, but horrible cocktails. If you’re a cocktail lover you’ll be disappointed. Imagine the cheapest nastiest tequila that tastes like paint thinner. I couldn’t even taste the other flavors it was so overpowering. I’m not a tequila snob, I drink it all the time including the cheap stuff in clubs to get drunk but would have expected higher quality drink from a world class theme park that charges almost 20 bucks with tip for a drink. Never going back. These guys need better training on cocktail making, and need to stop ripping off guests with the grossest nastiest cheapest tequila you can find. Also it’s 2023, please don’t let bar tenders touch the ice with their bare hands, keep it classy. ?
We went here for a drink, hoping to have a few margaritas. The table service was incredibly slow. We sat and watched people getting their drinks from the takeaway window quicker. Also, a lot of the tablets outside and their seats are incredibly unbalanced due to the found and sand. We had one drink and didn't feel like waiting 45 minutes for the next one, and left.

This is a great spot to people watch and have a cooling beer or three. It has changed decor from last time we were there and not for the best as it's lost its bright and cheerful look. Staff were great and will defo go back.
