This place is def worth the stop! My husband and I live in Tampa and we come to Orlando just to be served by Joe. Joe is great company and an excellent bartender! You just have to come to see him in action and taste his drinks :-)

Usually have a decent experience here. Drinks are usually ok. Joe is usually great. Today unfortunately I'm not sure what happened but we were sitting at a table for 5min with no service. That in itself is totally understandable so I went to the bar to order. Joe told me to go grab a table since we had two people and can only get 1 drink per person. Again, totally get it. So we went back to our table and waited for approximately an additional 15 minutes. We watched servers hit every table but ours at least twice. Really confused about this, if you're not going to allow 1 person to get 2 drinks with 2 IDs then at least have the servers check on tables. Attaching a pic so you can see how not busy it is.
Again, Joe is always great so no problems with Joe. Please work on your service at the tables because we love this place but the service has been declining all year progressively

Joe the bartender was awesome and so were the margaritas of course. Great place to relax and enjoy a beverage but it’s the people/service that make it or break it and they have great staff.

We stopped here after a day in the parks so naturally it was really busy. You could tell the only server in the area was flustered and I can't blame him for the delays in food or drinks. The volcano nachos took 50 minutes or so but were very good. I'm sure if you go on normal times it isn't as bad.

My husband and I have always enjoyed the Lone Palm as a break from the parks. From the cool vibe with the Jimmy Buffett plane and awesome music videos. But the very best part is a bartender named Joe! So friendly and engaging and making his customers feel like family

Popped in for a drink. Server seemed to be offended that I tried to order at the bar. "That's not how it works" was his comment in a rather rude tone. Wouldn't return. Much friendlier places around.
