When we place our order at the drive thought the employee sounded really out of it like he was stoned. We didn't not check our order until we got home. Big mistake. I ordered a 3 piece white meat box. I ended up getting 2 pieces, a breast and the smallest wing I have ever seen. We checked the receipt and the guy did ring up the order correctly, so it wasn't his fault. One of my sides was corn which was inedible. It was old and tough. I mean how can you screw up corn??? My husband got fish which was horrible. Never going back for sure.

After driving 40mins just for LJS. Upon arrival it looked closed but it wasn't. We went inside. I knew after stepping in we should've turned around. Th floor was sticky, wife said bathroom was horrible and smelled. Food was old and soggy. For Taking so long I thought I would've been fresh. W many years of restaurant mgnt, someone there doesn't care and they are just collecting a paycheck. Don't Go, stay far away until major changes are made

I made a big mistake and gave them another chance (they have failed often in the past). Did not go well. Arrived at 8:45 pm (they close at 10:00 pm). Stood at the front counter for nearly two minutes before a worker finally noticed me standing there and came over to take my order. I asked for the fish and shrimp platter. The worker's response was just four words ... "no long john silvers". Nothing else. If they are not offering ANY Long John Silver's items an hour and a quarter prior to closing, why don't they lock the door and close for the evening? This had happened to me once before, but much, much earlier in the day.

Could be the result of persistent supply chain issues, or franchise owner not paying their bills so they cannot buy food supplies, or who knows. One thing for sure, it is just another example of how the majority of usa businesses have fully embraced taking their customer base for granted over the past 15 to 20 years. Covid amplified their poor attitude exponentially, but we all cut them some slack at the time since they were the "heroes" who decided to continue making money by keeping their doors open and considering themselves to be "an essential business." Well, it has been nearly five years since covid hit the usa, with nearly all precautions and restrictions having ended nearly three years ago.
Despite this, many businesses continue to use it as a convenient excuse for their declining levels of customer service, care, and product quality. Just raise prices far in excess of the rate of inflation, and provide smaller portions to maximize profit. The largest companies in this country, despite their constant complaining about "tough times", are making more money each year than ever before. Besides the company making more, they have also managed to greatly increase the paychecks and bonuses of executives ... who are, may I remind you, NOT the owners of the company, but rather are employees. Increased paychecks for the bulk of employees at most companies? Not so much.

Unfortunately, my willingness to overlook major flaws with this KFC/LJS location has ended. I waited far too long ... should have written them off a long time ago. Just another business that has adopted the modern customer service policy of "they are only customers ... they'll just have to take what are willing to offer and be grateful for it."

Please sir, can I have some more?

I have so much I would say about this establishment, but I want. So all I want to say is I want my other piece of fish that wasn't in my box. We ordered a meal that came with 3 fish and a side. Then we ordered a meal that was suppose to was suppose to come with a piece of fish and four shrimp. Let me add that we ordered 3 drumsticks also. From my location to this location, it takes twenty minutes. After waiting on our food, you would assume you wouldn't have to check behind people. I get back to my location. Didn't eat immediately I waited about 20 minutes. So when we sat down to eat, my box was missing my fish. I was very salty about it. My guy shared his fish with me, which should not have to be. I tried calling this location, but for some reason the number listed on Google doesn't work. I tried to redial. Still the same. So I said all this to say, I want my piece of fish.

They lady at the window spilled my drinking all over my arm and laughed as though it was funny and proceeded to take my drink off :/ she needs to reevaluate herself when it comes to customers, A sorry would have been nice but instead she laughed to whole time.
My food is extremely cold fries are HARD AND STALE AND THE CHICKEN IS ICE COLD . I CANT even enjoy lunch this is shameful instead of lollygagging at the window make sure the food is Adleast hot and serves at a timely manner . Almost $16 gone down the drain
