I’ve attempted to patronize this location twice. Both times I was told only drive thru was open. Seems like a small problem right? Wrong… most service workers are using company vehicles with ladder racks that won’t clear the drive thru max height. Which is why most company policies don’t allow company vehicles to be used through drive thru’s, it’s a liability. Ultimately it comes down to principle, the lobby hours are posted on the door hence the lobby should be open during those times.

Some days are better than others. Not sure if it's the manager on duty or what, but they tend to close early more days than staying open until closing hours. I've showed up at 8pm and they're closed already. They're food is great sometimes other times it's cold or not cooked thoroughly.

Just went to this location, the sign on the door said drive thru only, the door by itself look abandoned, chair in front of the door windows look not clean, so by seeing that and seeing one of the workers standing out smoking her shirt is what I noticed first that look disgusting, so before I went to the drive thru I said let me look at the reviews, so I passed after my mind was telling me no and the reviews of their food, I hope they get it together because I like long john, KFC

Old craving of mine.. surprised to find this one and it was connected to a KFC. Very limited menu since it's not it's own store. Order 2 piece fish, jumbo shrimp and 1 piece of chicken. Took me back to the Twilight years of eating it long ago because everything was made fresh to order. The greasyness of the batter and oil and those crumbs in the bottom of the box made brought joy to my heart.Only issue limited menu and prices higher than you get at their own store location

Very poor customer service! I drove 35 minutes out of my way for such rudeness and a dirty, filthy dining area that I wasted that hour of time and gas! I'm not eating in such an unsanitary facility!!!!
