Cassie really made our night tonight! I hadn’t been out to a longhorn in a minute so I didn’t know what to get, she gave great suggestions and answered all of my questions. I had the crusted renagade with shrimp. Everything was cooked to perfect temp. She checked in constantly and really made our night enjoyable. 10/10 server. I’d ask for her if you’re going to this long horn!! 🩷

A Disastrous Dining Experience at LongHorn
I have never encountered such a poorly managed dining experience in my life. Last night, we chose LongHorn to celebrate my mother’s birthday with a party of 15. We called ahead to reserve, yet we still waited in the lobby for an hour. When we were finally seated, the real nightmare began.
My food came out cold—not once, but twice. On the third attempt, it was only lukewarm. Everyone’s orders were missing something, whether it was toppings, sides, or key ingredients. My uncle ordered his steak medium rare, and it arrived well-done. To make things worse, when they took his plate back to fix it, they forgot to bring him his food at all. By the time they finally did, we had all finished eating, and he had to take his meal to go.
Even the birthday girl—my mom—was missing her side and her loaded baked potato. When we spoke to the manager, he was completely in shambles, seemingly unsure of what to do. His only solution? A laughable 10% discount. It was almost comedic how poorly everything was handled.
Out of all the restaurants we could have chosen, we picked LongHorn, expecting a great meal and a smooth celebration. Instead, we got one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Truly disappointing.

Brandy was awesome. She was busy and stayed on top of everything. You definitely need to keep her around. Great job Brandy.
Food was fast and delicious too.

I can’t believed but the service was really really bad, this was my first time going to this longhorn and I fully regretted. We got our table (for 2) and were waiting for over 25 minutes until I had to stand up and look for someone because no one came to even acknowledge us. After that we waited another 40 minutes for the food and it was burned. We couldn’t even eat more than a bite, we paid and left and the complete meal was left behind it was imposible to eat. I won’t go again and I don’t recommend this longhorn to anyone. I’m so disappointed

Haven't been there in years, I didn't have good memories. This visit was an eye opener; great food, food service and a pleasant environment. We'll be back.
