On November 27 in the afternoon, I visited this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience.
The manager came over to clarify something about the menu and, instead of doing so politely, she was rude and disrespectful, which is very different from other places of the same franchise where the service has always been exceptional.

Her response was blunt: “In my restaurant we do not accept a kids’ menu.” Beyond the internal policy, what truly bothered me was the lack of courtesy and professionalism.
When people act as if a large franchise were their own personal business, they end up giving the brand a bad reputation.

A real disappointment. I hope the administration takes action so that customer service lives up to what this franchise represents.

The manager was incredibly rude to me! I recently had bypass surgery and can only eat children's portions! I've been to other Longhorn restaurants and no one has ever questioned my portion size! She told me that happens at other restaurants, not at mine! She was completely unfriendly, didn't introduce herself, didn't greet me, just came to the table to tell me she couldn't sell me my children's portion. I don't know if it's because I don't speak English well, if it's racism, or if she simply didn't want to. My whole family was going to order expensive dishes; only I can't eat much! We decided to get up and leave! If she's the manager and treated me so badly, what can we expect from the rest of the staff? If I had blonde hair and blue eyes like her, maybe the treatment would have been different! Don't come back here; it's not worth it.

Enjoyed a beautiful Sunday after church at this location. Soft multigrain wheat areas served to start is mouth watering. Then we ordered the spinach dip which came with pita chips. We were so impressed and the manager JoJo came over to ask how everything was tasting which means a lot and is very hospitable! She couldn’t give us recipe for dip so we are definitely coming back! Thanks for being awesome Jojo!

First off during rush hour, we were seated right away because of wheelchair. George was our server and he was very friendly, timely, considering the rush and very accommodating! This is my parents favorite restaurant and we will be back!!!

I'm not sure what happened, but we waited more than an hour for our food. People that sat after us, left the restaurant before we received our food.

Me and my girlfriend came here for dinner. As soon as we walked into the breezeway, it smelled bad — kind of musty and moldy. I thought maybe it was just that area, but the smell got worse the further we went in. When we sat in our booth near the bar, it honestly smelled like someone had peed on the seats.

The food was good, but the smell throughout the place really ruined the experience. I probably won’t be coming back because of that.

Love this place! Has been our favorite spot to enjoy their amazing Longhorn Burger (Best compared to every other place we've been for burgers) and a cold Blue Moon.

This is the 2nd time that I ordered rare steak and got medium instead . My husband finished his meal before I even got my food. The server is very apologetic, but the manager didn’t even bother to stop by and check if everything is ok.

I eat slowly and don't like to feel rushed. I requested not to pile on entree while eating my Caesar salad even though they still did . Request send entree back and I want it hot when ready . Reluctantly they did with no apology and the server,frustrated,stated I don't know what he wants to her colleagues! That's why 4 stars . Felt embarrassed 😳 by her comments! Entree was fine once ready.
