I’ve always enjoyed LongHorn, but this visit was truly disappointing from start to finish. The staff seemed uninterested and lazy — no urgency or hospitality. I ordered the chicken, which came out burnt, and went in really excited to try the lamb chops. Unfortunately, they looked nothing like what was advertised — completely unappetizing.
When we mentioned the issues to our server, he just stood there and said, “Yeah, it’s supposed to be similar to the pic, but it’s not.” No apology, no attempt to fix it, just silence until we awkwardly said, “Okay.” Not the experience I’m used to at LongHorn, and definitely not one I’d return for unless there are serious changes.

The service was great, our server was Isabella R and we were well taken care of for sure! Great service, however i can’t say the same for the food, my mac&cheese was burnt on top with not much actual cheese on the pasta, the ceasar salad was drenched in dressing, and my filet was charred on the outside and completely red on the inside (it was order medium rare but really seemed more rare than anything) and it was cold inside and out. It seemed like the kitchen rushed the food.

We don’t live close by but we’re coming to this location for many years because of food and service. Until last night.
Unfortunately, last night we we have the worst service and food by far compared to any steakhouse in Orlando.
We called to put us on the wait list when we were on our way which we always do and they forgot to do it so we ended up waiting for over a hour with 3 toddlers and 3 elders.
When we were finally seated we were waiting for kids food (mac&cheese and chicken tenders) for over 30 mins. When we finally received it, it was a wrong order.
After total of 2hrs at the restaurant we still didn’t receive the appetizers. 6 of us ordered a Caesar salad but one received it 45 min before the others.
My husband asked the server what’s going on and he was rude.
I see the manager walking around and pretending he’s doing something. I know because I work in hospitality for over 10 years.
That’s the moment when I said to server that I would like to talk to the manager. The manager approached the table 15 min later. What ever I asked him he said the same “We are busy “. It was already 10pm and they weren’t busy anymore.
When we came to the restaurant at 7pm, they were busy but no more than they are normally busy and for many years they handled it just fine.
The manager didn’t seem so interested to fix the situation and didn’t even apologize.
At 10pm, after a 3hrs at the restaurant we finally received our appetizers.
After that everything went smooth.
3 of us ordered steaks and they received dry, cold meat. We were just tired of complaining and didn’t want to deal with the manager who is not interested to fix anything.
At 11pm, we left and won’t be back to this Longhorn ever again.
It was a nightmare experience. This place went downhill in a very short period of time. I believe there is a lack of managing and training.
Out of all the people over there, only one was good, the younger server with a glasses.

It was a bot noise, but the servoce and food were excellent. I had a delicious dessert 🍨 sugested by our waitres, strawberry cake 🍰. It was magnificent. The to-go container for the dessert 🍨 sealed very well. Much very and safer than any other I have had before.
Parking: Great location and easy access.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is easy to access in a wheelchair. There's plenty of space to roll within booth, tables, and bar stolls

I've been to this longhorn before I bring my family here when we come into town but the last time I was there the service was horrible! Our waiter was too interested talking to the girl coworke tapping her on her butt the mashed potato was horrible and you guys that's for ribs with no sauce and a whole bunch of sauce on it smothered it my daughter is allergic to it he said there was no pie pineapple in it and it was she ended up with allergic reaction thank you have a nice day

The food arrived cold; it wasn't what I had ordered, and the plates were dirty (poorly washed). The Caesar salad was just lettuce. The service was nothing special, despite the fact that they had made a mistake with the order.

I don't like these kind of places usually but I was impressed with the way the steaks were cooked perfectly the service was excellent the atmosphere was family friendly

Eric, the manager, always makes the rounds and checks on his customers. His service are first class hustlers. My wife, family, and I have eaten in this particular one many times, and we have never been disappointed. There is no room for improvement. Keep up the excellent job, and make Orlando proud.
