Manager is rude. Party in my family ordered Pork Chop came out salty twice. We waited fr 20-30 minutes. Manager came out I informed him and I told him we waited for almost 30 minutes he said “ you will not talk to me like that” worst customer service. What kind of manager is that?

The 'BEST' part is, an employee updated the tip on my boyfriend's cashapp card to give themselves $4 without his authorization. Thanks cash app for the notification.

We love LongHorn Steakhouse. We always order the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and it is consistently delicious. The chicken is flavorful, well seasoned, and cooked perfectly every time.

So, I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I took my mom out for her birthday yesterday and we had the absolute best time. Our server faith was so sweet and fun she kept making us laugh and made us feel super welcome. Definitely will come back.
The food was good, but unfortunately the service really took away from the experience. Our waitress seemed annoyed the entire time, was rarely available, and made visible faces that felt unprofessional. She brought us the check without asking if we wanted dessert or anything else. It wasn’t even busy, so the lack of attention was disappointing. It honestly felt like she was having a very rough day and took it out on the guests. Good food, but the service needs improvement.

Showed up at 10:30pm , employees with dread locks says they are closed from far away, 0 consideration that we are 30 mins early from closing time (11pm) How do i know hes an employees, because owners or bosses never close early or not care about their customers. 1 star because employee mindset is running this business. The gentleman with the beautiful curly hair (sorry I didn't get his name) was kind, thoughtful, respectful, and considerate - thank you for being the epitome of customer service. Longhorn Steakhouse has the best steaks in Florida! I definitely recommend and we will be back! Thank you for a great experience.
