We come here at least once a month and our last two visits have been awful! Steaks weren’t as asked for medium was well and others were medium rare. Plates piled up on table. Having to ask for refills when cups were empty. Fries were soggy. Half of our party of 5 received their food and the rest was delivered 10-15 minutes later. I was excited for the lamb chops to be back and received some that were rare and the presentation just wasn’t what it used to be. Our server just dropped of the food on the side of the table for my husbands plate and kept walking, didn’t ask us anything and unfortunately we were celebrating his birthday. Only thing not changed at this location is the hosts are nice and quick everything else has gone downhill.

Did yall like dump the entire vinegar bottle in the ceaser salads. Ordered two. Both tasted like acid, was so sad cause I love a ceaser salad. Steaks were super good though.

Longhorn is Longhorn. It’s a chain and you can go from Miami to Seattle and get the same menu. Tonight, at this Longhorn, food was as expected. Arrive was friendly but slow. I felt the description of the margaritas were vague in order to up sale you from the $6 one to the $13 one. Overall it was clean, friendly and as expected, since after all it was a Longhorn. As expected from a large chain. Eat at one you’ve ate at all

They cook the meat with a lot of pepper, the shrimp and the potatoes like too much pepper.

My steak was medium rare, not medium (still good though); butter for the broccoli was sour; the bread was hard like not freshly baked just kept under a heat lamp; my wife's shrimp was salty; the place was very noisy and the acoustics carried conversations across from the restaurant

Got undercooked cold shrimp and steak. The waitress said she threw them away. The kitchen pulled it out of the trash, reheated it and tried to serve us it again…

The waitress was great and the manager on duty, Frank, did not charge us for the meal. This is the second time we had extreme health concerns at this restaurant and you couldn’t pay me to go back.

It was very shocking to find a glove from the kitchen indoor salad. The waiter was very apologetic. The manager acted like it must have been a slightbonnsomeone preparing the salads in the morning. Not cool at all.

Your bathroom are beyond disgusting. It's a shame such a pretty restaurant, and the bathroom are a huge reflection of management.

Your waiter was exquiste.

Got a sirloin salad to go. I know for a fact this isn’t the normal size portion, as I get it in the restaurant all the time. Absolutely crazy.

Went to Longhorn in Lake Nona last night and had the outlaw ribeye steak. $32.00. The steak was totally inedible. All fat. The waitress could see that the steak was no good so she sent me home with another one. Again totally inedible. See the picture. Will never go back. Longhorn knows just by looking at the steak before they cook it that they’re sending out crap to the customer. Inexcusable.

We visited this Long Horn while staying in Orlando over night between Christmas and new year. We arrived kind of late, about 9pm-ish. We checked in with the hostess and was told it would be a 30 minute or so wait for our party of 5. No big deal. He then mentioned if we didn’t want to wait we could sit at the bar high top. We asked if we could drag a chair to the end since it was five of us and we were told yes. We sat there about 10 minutes as the bartender was talking to someone else of how much he hated his job and was about to go to work somewhere else. Then the bartender finally comes over to us and says yall can’t block the walkway I’m not sure why your sitting here. We told him the hostess said we could. Then he walks in the back andnwe can hear him talking “well they are still sitting there”. A manager walks out and explains to us that it’s a fire marshall thing and asked if they could move us to a regular table. We told her we understood no big deal, but the bartender didn’t have to be so rude about the situation. We sat at the table, the waitress took our drink order and food order together. She brought our drinks, and we never saw her again until we were sucking out cups dry. Someone else brought our salad and food out. We were done eating and she brought one cup of water for four people and our ticket and told us to have a good night. The manager was nice and the food was great. Everything else was not.

We had dinner on 01/10/25, decided to join the line on the website. It stated 30-40 minutes and about 16 people ahead of us. We finally receive the text to go inside, once we got to the host desk the young man told us it will be 35 minutes wait. I was so upset. And then our entire meal took forever. Not sure what’s going on at Longhorn but it was never like that.

Never accept parties of 10. I had one with kids besides my table and couldn't eat in peace.

Our dining experience at LongHorn Steakhouse was largely enjoyable, especially due to their consistently delicious baby back ribs and the refreshing strawberry and pecan salad—both of which remain personal favorites. The flavors never disappoint and showcase the quality we’ve come to expect.

However, the seating process left much to be desired. Despite calling an hour ahead and arriving 20 minutes before our scheduled time, we found ourselves waiting an additional 30 minutes past the promised time. It wasn’t until we voiced our frustration that we were finally seated, even though there were visibly available tables. This recurring issue seems to stem from understaffing, which detracts from an otherwise excellent dining experience
