We ordered here from Uber Eats and the white rice was missing, which I know is not ideal but when I contacted the restaurant they immediately offered to deliver the missing items and apologized. The food was so good! My favorites are the hot and sour soup and sesame chicken! We’ve ordered from here plenty of times before and never had a problem so I truly appreciate that the one time something was wrong you were quick to resolve, thank you!

My family has been ordering from Lotus Garden since I was a wee lad. I always find myself comparing other chinese restaurants to these guys. They're quick, the foods great, the price is fair, and I love supporting a local business.

Been a few times sometimes Ok and sometimes Meh... Yesterday ordered Beef Chow Phun and got some Chow Mein dish. Had to drive back to return. Thought Chow Shun tasted heavily garlicky not the smokey taste. And way too many onions. Also looking forward to Hot & Sour soup not much broth--heavy on other stuff

White rice came in with a bad smell, does not appear to be fresh rice cooked today. Also vegetable in the main dish is not fresh at all. Will not order again.

I had take home two times last week and the food was between adequate and disappointing. The moo shu pork was soaking with liquid and there was little flavor. However, the hoisin paste was thick, tasty and certainly worth 50 cents a container. What good is it if the crêpes fell apart from the deluge of liquid? Chicken with cashew nuts had tender nuggets of chicken but very little flavor. The Yang Chow fried rice was OK but certainly not worth $12.95. The fried rice was OK. Not recommended.

I went to Lotus Garden today, and I asked the Hostess for a fork, because a couple days prior, when I ordered from them, they didn’t give me a fork. So, she took a fork and disrespectfully handed it to me, holding it from the part that I’m going to put in my mouth to eat, as opposed to giving it to me holding the handle of the fork. That really didn’t sit well with me, so I confronted her about it, and although she did apologize, that should have been common sense.
I can just imagine what really goes on when people are not around, to see how they’re handling the food.

My wife and I were greeted when we walked in and we were immediately seated and given menus. The waitress quickly got our drink order while also tending to other customers. We placed our appetizer order of egg rolls, egg drop/wonton soup mix and crab Rangoon. All were fresh and very tasty! The waitress gave us time to finish our appetizers before taking our dinner order. We ordered walnut shrimp, roast pork lo mein and general tso's chicken. Everything was absolutely delicious! They have an extensive menu and we're looking forward to trying different dishes.
I must add that I first started eating at Lotus Garden when it was located at the opposite side and end of Dr Phillips Marketplace over 25 years ago, but it has been over 5 years since I've been there and it's just as good as I remember it!

I’ve only ever ordered lunch here, but boy howdy… the food is consistently good!

Really enjoy their beef and broccoli, General Tsao’s, and they have the best Wonton Soup!

Really dig this restaurant!
