I’m honestly very frustrated with my last order.

First, I want to be clear: I actually LOVE their poke. That’s why I order from them. I really appreciate that they offer vegetarian options and allow you to customize bowls without meat, because many poke places don’t even allow that.

We only ordered two bowls, one for me and one for my mom, and the order was paid by my sister. She even paid an extra fee for faster delivery, which makes the situation even more frustrating considering the order still arrived about 40–50 minutes late.

Mine, honestly, I’m not even sure if it was 100% correct, but it had no meat like I wanted, so I just ate it. Fine.

The real problem was my mom’s bowl. It was completely wrong. She ordered teriyaki octopus (as shown on the receipt), and instead we received squid, and it was VERY spicy and bright red, which we absolutely did not ask for.

On top of that, about three ingredients we paid extra for were missing from her bowl. So we paid for add-ons that were simply not included at all. We have the receipt, so it is very clear what was ordered versus what was actually delivered.

The order was also delayed and the delivery time kept getting pushed back, which already made things stressful since this was during a work lunch break. Because it arrived late, it was not realistic to wait even longer for a correction or replacement at that moment.

Even so, we did file a complaint afterward, hoping for at least a fair solution, since my mom paid for a meal she literally could not eat. Her bowl was wrong, extremely spicy, and basically went to waste.

We expected, at the very least, some kind of reasonable resolution, such as a refund, credit, or a proper correction of the order later. Instead, our complaint was simply denied. From the response we received, they did not seem to see any issue with the fact that we received the wrong dish, were missing paid ingredients, and that she could not eat the food she paid for.

That is very disappointing, because the food is usually good and I genuinely like their poke and vegetarian-friendly options. But receiving incorrect items, missing paid ingredients, a significantly delayed delivery even after paying for faster service, and then having the complaint denied without a proper solution is honestly unacceptable.

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had.
I ordered poke and the fish was clearly spoiled — strong smell, bad taste, and absolutely not fresh. This is not something you can “misunderstand” when it comes to raw fish. It was obvious.
When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern for food safety, they refused to refund me and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Serving questionable raw fish and then dismissing the customer’s concern is extremely irresponsible.
Between the poor quality food and the refusal to stand behind what they sell, this place shows a complete lack of professionalism and care for customers. I threw the food away and was left with no refund and zero trust.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you care about freshness, hygiene, or basic customer service.

Trash poke, they give you 4 pieces of tuna, the tray smells/unsanitized, and the customer service SUCKS. Spend 40 bucks on one poke + winter melon boba drink. The drink tasted like a candle. Took few bites and threw them all away. Never coming back again 🚮.

Came at 7:30PM a simple order one Thai tea and one peach tea with boba the actitud of both servers was horrible I will NEVER come back due to the HORRIBLE attention. They should be replaced or retrained on customer service. One of them did not speak English at all and didn’t not provide a nice service in Spanish either INCREDIBLE.

I order a booba a brown sugar. The booba was too sweet impossible to drink. Ask to change the lady say the manager is not here. Literally 11 dollars to the garbage as it was impossible to drink it .i can on Friday at 5 pm

the employees were very nice 👍 no problem there

i got a rose milk tea with boba. the boba was Hot and caused the ice to melt quickly, making the drink wayyy more watery (and flavorless) than milky. or maybe the drink was watery and flavorless to begin with 😭 in addition to this , the tapioca pearls' textures were horrible ☹️ half of them were so mushy they dissolved in my mouth , half of them were hard , none were the desired pleasant chewy boba texture

ive had much , Much better boba in orlando for 9 dollars !!! and for even cheaper at that LOL!

idk if this was a one time thing or if they are always like that but i would say this was one of the worst milk teas ive had 😭😭😭

I ordered a bowl of clam chowder and it bad. It was sour and had an after taste. After eating 2 spoons I complained but was told it’s non refundable and made the same day. I asked for another cup and was told they served me the last cup. Disappointed. :(

BE VERY CAREFUL with this place. We spent only $14, but they sneakily added a $90 tip to the bill. Luckily, we noticed it before leaving and went back to ask for a refund, but they refused. We had to call security, and thanks to the mall administration we got only 70% of the money back — which is still unfair, since it was counter service and we never agreed to pay any tip. On top of that, the staff is extremely poorly trained and even mocked us during the situation. Totally unacceptable. DO NOT ShOP ANY FOOD THERE!

Found a bug in their “fresh” orange juice. The cup comes practically sealed - bugs can’t get in from outside. They acknowledged the bug, then refused to offer any refund because there was no manager present. We didn’t want another drink given the poor quality control. No resolution. Also their overpriced watermelon juice has no actual watermelon in it. Don’t make the mistake of giving your money away to this place.
