So delicious! Highly recommend Tiramisu milk tea and poplar nectar. Every time I go shopping, I buy five or six cups of Yangzhi Manna to share with my friends. Their taste is super good. If you like thick smoothies and a stronger milk aroma, you can ask for ice and milk caps. Tiramisu is a new flavor I've tried and it's really, really delicious. If you don’t believe it, try it

If I could write zero stars I would. So much happened today and I’m never coming back.
I came in yesterday and my drink was perfectly fine, so I came back today to order it again and it was a nightmare, what made it worse was the customer service.
My frozen mango yogurt tea was not frozen; it was served hot because apparently the boba were freshly made and when that happens, they’re hot. Understandable, but how was I supposed to know if I wasn’t told ahead of time by the girl at the counter.
When my drink obviously tasted different compared to yesterday, I made a comment and the girl simply said “if you don’t like it, just toss it”. WHAT?!
I asked for a refund or to have my drink made again and she simply said “no, our policy asks you to toss the drink if you don’t like it, WE DONT REMAKE OR REFUND DRINKS , especially if THINK we made it right”. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was no manager there when I ran into the manager outside.
To make things worse, the girl at the counter told me the only thing I can do is call my credit card and dispute my $19 charge for the two drinks. WHAT?! So I have to risk locking my credit card because you wouldn’t refund me or remake my drink?
My drink was never touched except when I tasted it and their answer was to toss it and dispute the charge. Never in my life have I heard of something like this. You can see in the photos that the drink was full.
I should also mention the girl at the counter was training someone new and was being absolutely rude to them. She was snatching drinks from their hand as the trainee was trying to learn. You shouldn’t have someone like that working in your location, much less training someone either. I’m definitely not coming back here.

Bad customer service! I’m a regular customer at Moge Tee downtown and usually order the Taro Mochi bubble tea, which is my favorite drink. Today, I visited the Sandlake location, where two workers were working. I ordered my usual drink, but it was made without taro. When I pointed this out, the barista who didn’t make my drink insisted that there was taro in it, despite my familiarity with the drink’s taste. I ended up going to the Vista location, where they made a new drink for me at no charge and old drink went directly to the trash. Highly recommend Downtown or Vista Moge Tee for their very friendly service.

Watered down drinks, not worth $8. I got the brown sugar boba and had to ask for EXTRA brown sugar. This is my third time giving them a try and I’ve come to realize that that’s just how their drinks are. Go to Quickly Boba they have the best along with great customer service or just go to the Mochinut in Kissimmee.

Been coming here at least once or twice a month for the past three years. Never had a bad tea. This place is quality. The honey black tea with cheese foam gives me life.
We were looking for a good boba place since we're not from around this town. The boba's are good, the price isn't bad either. I love that they have 2 kiosk to put your orders and the service was fast depite ordering 10 bobas (we had a big family). Will definitely come back if we're around the area

Ordered at the machine when first coming in. Order came after around 5 minutes which is not bad. Issues only arrived when one of my teas came in a leaking cup. I was told by a younger woman that worked there “it’s because I ordered my tea hot,” and that they didn’t have cups for hot teas. I asked if I could have my tea in a bigger cup so that it wouldn’t leak all over my car and was told by the manager that I would need to pay a dollar for an extra cup. I found it absolutely ridiculous that a a failure in their end would result in an extra charge on my end.All in all, the teas are delicious but the service is wack.
