Got a mango tea smoothie drink with cheese foam and it was so average. The drink was $8 and didn’t have much natural sweetness/flavor of mango. It looked like they were using some kind of cheap frozen mango and even color was really pale. Doesn’t look like they care about customer service either as no one say anything during entire time in the shop.Edit: I know what good juice/smoothie taste like when high quality, good fruit is used. I had many similar drinks in China and Thailand and you don't need sugar to make it tastes good.

Tried the purple taro tea with boba! It was great, staff is really friendly and helpful. This place is a bit hidden but is a great place to get any boba tea fix. Will definitely go back!

Oh man i tried this place a couple times but it's always a miss, the drinks always taste a bit watered down and just not right Meanwhile when i order the same drink from other branch like the one in downtown it's always good! I thought it was just me but when i asked my friends they thought the same thing.

Very low quality, watered down and chunky cheese foam. Been to a few other locations that do a really good job but this is a first I have had a bad order of moge tea. Would recommend chain just not this location.Update: Not the first I had this drink so I know what it tastes like… We also ordered another coco pineapple with cheese foam as a topping which also had the same problem. We got food poisoning from it… I would advise the manager to do a quality check on the food. Till then people should stay away from this location

Nice moichi style donuts $3.50 each. I ordered a mocca nut and it was not like super fresh. Next time I will ask for whatever is hot and fresh made . Recommend especially is you have not tried moichi donuts. A bit expensive. Donut King is much better but in Clermont.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The slushies were completely watered down and the boba was warm. It was like drinking old dishwater. For the price I'm paying, these should be a lot better. I called to complain and the manager (Diane) would not do a single thing about it. Terrible customer service. No credit, no refund, no future discount -- nothing.*Edited to add:Do you really need to check the video camera footage to trust a customer when one tells you the bubble tea slush was warm and nasty (by far, the worst I've ever had in my life)? A good owner would apologize and make it right somehow. Upon taking the first sip, we all noticed there were no bits of ice (how a slushie would normally be) and it was incredibly warm. So warm, that the milk solids separated immediately while indoors in 50 degree weather. However, we were all having a good time with family so didn't bother to complain then. It was only this morning, when 5 out of the 7 people woke up with diarrhea and bloating that we knew something was off with the ingredients. Shame on you for such poor customer service.

Average taste of bubble tea store, no services at all. The two workers face to face are sitting on the chairs beside the order table. Nobody is greeting us when we were walkin and no any conversation at all. No sanitary their hands after playing their cellphone, directly make our drinks for us. No hat, no uniforms. Terrible management and health concerns. One time store for me .
