The worst catering people I have met. If I could give negative I would have. Very very unprofessional and rude people especially the owner Hetal. We gave them catering for all events in my wedding with our full trust. They failed really really badly. The quantity wasn’t as we talked about. Hetal had my parents on gun point to give money right before reception. And we did ask them before all wedding events started when would you like the payment. It wasn’t that we weren’t gonna give money. If I wouldn’t afford it in first place I wouldn’t have hired you. Her exact words “if you don’t give me money right now I’m not making your reception food”. This is very unprofessional and stressful for the clients. This situation could have been handled better. This is coming out of an educated professional Dr. please please don’t go with them for your events if you want stress free events. There are way better people out there than Hetal. If she don’t change her attitude her business will probably go out of business sooner or later.

I got married in March 2024 at the Coral Springs Marriott (outside of Heron Bay) located in the greater Fort Lauderdale, FL area. I hired Maa Vimla to cater the entire Wedding weekend.Maa Vimla is a family owned business in Orlando, FL operated by a brother-sister duo (Savan and Hetal), with the parents and spouses leading the cooking! Maa Vimla is a 100% Vegetarian kitchen, and are well-versed in Jain and Swaminarayan cooking alternatives.Making the menu for multiple events was tough - but Savan and Hetal made it so easy! They provided suggestions and helped make the menu “flow” better. We heard from many friends that their Caterers were trying to rip them off…but we never got that from Maa Vimla. Instead they were very honest about whether this is too much food or you need more. They were flexible with every change we made. They were very easy to work with and easy to get a hold of if any questions popped into our heads.We knew we had signed the right caterer when we went for food tasting. We were sitting in the middle of their kitchen, and they treated us like family by making jokes, and continuously feeding us! We ate way more than we expected and everything was amazing. It was very hard to narrow down our menu for our events.If you splurge on one thing, make sure it’s the Caterer and be sure to hire Maa Vimla. Our guests are still raving about the food…and it’s been weeks since the wedding!

TOP Quality food and amazing service! Hetal, Sonny & their whole team were so friendly and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They catered 6 of our events including our wedding, cocktail & reception and did an absolutely phenomenal job! We could not be happier we used them to cater our events. Our guests could not stop raving about the delicious food at every event!They have a large variety of delicious options to pick from. I highly recommend calling them with your menu and asking for their ideas. Hetal is very knowledgeable and will be able to suggest popular items/dishes that you can add or substitute on your menu. I also suggest a tasting as they truly have some amazing dishes you have to try! They use fresh ingredients that really bring out the flavors and quality of their food. It is delicious and top notch!We used them for 6 events over 3 days! They have so many delicious options we were able to work together with Hetal to craft a menu that was a mix of modern and traditional flavors that kept guest satisfied! They have a wide variety of products on their menu that ranged from Indian finger food with a modern twist to flavorful traditional classics. The awesome food together with their versatile team that provided fantastic customer service really made them a joy to work with. I highly recommend them for any occasion or event! The food and service speaks for itself! You will not be disappointed.

This is a small family business place.They cook clean vegetarian Indian food with lots of love and care.They have fresh Indian snack, Sweet, meal, full Indian menu.They make everything from scratch. MRS. VIMLAJI has done cooking for lots of Indian weddings, Indian festival gathering like Holi, Diwali, Janmashtami!, brithday party & for Indian tourists who come to Orlando.They deliver if its for few people.I know her for more than decade and always happy with her food.

Hi, we had a small anniversary party for 80 people and we ordered diner for that party to Vimla Ben and really the food was very tasty without onions and garlic, Swaminarayan food , but food was delicious. They made the test as we told them to make it. Very nice service even. Thanks Vimlaben and team.

We worked with Maa Vimla for our wedding and they did an amazing job. Also, Sunny knows good food, is flexible, and had really reasonable pricing (especially for the amazing quality). We were in a unique situation where we wanted a mix of Filipino and Indian food for our wedding but also a completely vegetarian wedding that was filling and with Jain options. Filipino food is not usually vegetarian but Sunny made it happen and it tasted so good! In addition, he did an awesome job making sure all of the dietary restrictions of our guests were met. The food was so well-flavored, unique, and not excessively greasy.
