LOBSTER PARTY

Reservation was for 12. Got there a little before 12 and they didn't have my rsvp. My name was on no list. I rsvp 2 weeks prior and called the day before to confirm. I had to show my confirmation emsil. Still Had to wait in like for about 15-20 minutes. Theres nobody inside. Security is telling the line at 3pm sharp we have to get up and ready for the next table. Not to give the server or hostess a hard time like were children. Her tone and demeanor was very reprimanding. Like damn we havent even been inside yet. After we were seated we didn't get drinks til about 1pm. My reservation is for 12pm, a whole hour of nothing goes by.
They seat us at this small table. We were very uncomfortable. It was too small for our party. Food came out soooo slow. A few dishes took so long others were done. My friend was the first person to order and the last to get her food I felt so bad. We never got our desserts. The entrees were good. I understand there was a DJ they flew in from NY. Didn't realize there was an event so im sure that contributed. I understand. Because of that im willing to try them again.

I met up with some friends on my birthday. The music is great and the vibe is great. Great atmosphere.

The problem I ran into was that it took two hours to get my food and by the time I got it I had requested no peppers because I’m allergic to peppers. They said they could make it without peppers. I sent it back and I got it to go by that point and I brought it home and there were still peppers in it. I would’ve just ordered something different if they would’ve just said they couldn’t make it without peppers. So I paid $40 for food that I couldn’t eat.

This spot is a great spot for great authentic puerto rican food. They also have a great brunch on the weekends with a live dj and special guest. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to have a great time with family and friends. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The owner Jose is a phenomenal gentleman. He really does his job and goes above and beyond for his establishment.

There was a cockroach in my wifes drink and we didn’t even received a sorry from the waiter. They acted like if that was something normal lol

Got food poisoning after eating here last night.
Terrible experience overall

Our family was very excited to try this restaurant out as it was a birthday gathering and we’re puerto rican. We thought we hit the jackpot and sadly it was the opposite. Portions were small for the price being paid. When it was time for the dessert course we waited 45 mins for them to come out in to go boxes that were sitting in a fridge. When I got home, about a few hours later i started experiencing vomiting and haven’t stopped since last night. Would not recommend

Horrible service. Why? They include the tip and the servers have zero motivation to do their job. Despite there only being 3 other tables in the entire restaurant, our waters were never refilled and our drinks took so long we were finished eating and cancelled them. The food was meh. NEVER AGAIN!

18% Automatic gratuity turned me off. Why are they allowed to do that? It was just me.. not a party of 6. When I walked in, the greeter or host was talking on the phone and waited a full minute before acknowledging me. Food was minimal and not worth the price. Not bad tasting. Waiter took forever to acknowledge I was done eating so it took a while to finally get my check. I’m not sure I’ll be back based on the quality of service.

Wouldn’t recommend. First off, we made a reservation. When we got there we asked if we could sit at the booth. The lady with red hair said we couldn’t as it was reserved already. When we told her that we also had a reservation, with an attitude and without checking she said that another party reserved it before us. Food portions were underwhelming for what they’re charging. The salad looked sad. The sauce for the al ajillo mofongo was lacking flavor. We brought our own cake. They charged a $10 cake service fee and didn’t even cut the cake for us. 18% gratuity automatically added. Our waters were never refilled. They started drilling to fix a table in the middle of our dinner. Much better options for Puerto Rican food in the area.

If you wanna go drink and listen to music, go here.

Outside of that, nothing there was "made in PR"

Some God awful food that had absolutely no Puerto Rican flavor at all. We got some "natural juices" that tasted like expired syrups.

Go to Florida Bakery if you want REAL Puerto Rican food. Its hard finding good PR food nowadays but this was my mistake for even trying this place

Had I known what this place was really about I would have considered a different location. The music was so loud that we couldn’t hear each other talk or the waiter. The appetizer were amazing but the entree not that great. The signature dish is the trifongo however that was one of the most dry trifongo I've ever had, the churrasco and bistéc encebollado were cold when served to the table.
Better said, this is a club that serves food. If that’s what you’re into, you will have a great time, otherwise go somewhere else like Grillers PR or Pal Campo.

Drinks are very expensive and they charge a service fee and add the gratuity amount without giving the customer the opportunity to assess services rendered to determine how much to tip. Unbelievable!

My husband and I Went here on Saturday. We got food poised. Today is monday and we have been sick since then. I love food and love to go out and explore different restaurants. This was my first visit. Food was bad but we had not ate and we were hungry so we throw some salt on it and thought we were good. Service was the worst. Unfortunately this was not a good experience for me at all. The craps and stomach pain is unbearable. Never been through this before. I hope no one else hot sick.

Our food was delicious except on the salty side
The service could be better. Our server was not attentive at all. I had asked for extra lime with my gin & tonic & got No lime at all. Had to ask for utensils. The atmosphere was excellent. The DJ was great until he started playing some Mexican jumping music, lol 😂 The music was WAY TOO LOUD. The server could hardly hear me. I couldn’t hear myself think. Maybe during mealtimes, the music volume should be kept at a specific, more conducive volume. Overall, I really liked the place.
