If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service. The cashier was extremely rude, and the way she talked to my 11-year-old boy was very condescending. The “manager” needs a lot of training in customer service as well, since she basically threw the straws at us. On top of that, my son’s tea was horrible. He has had that same tea many times at other places with no problem. This one had an odd taste, and we tried to explain it to the manager. She again didn’t even try to help. So overpriced—you at least expect great treatment. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

Went to get the viral ice cream and had the delight of having the rudest attendant who wore a visor. The ice creams are in a freezer and in the middle they have the strawberry ice cream. There is a sign that says to ask attendant but all the customers were grabbing ice creams so I grabbed the strawberry that was under an open Seram wrap. The attendant asked rudely if I grabbed it and I said yes and apologized. She stood there quiet and slammed the register while paying. She did the same to the customer behind me who was also with me, because they also grabbed a strawberry. Maybe have a sign to ask for the ice cream instead of having it right in the middle of all the ice cream which can be grabbed. I understand it’s hectic with the holidays but there was no need for her attitude. No smile, no talking …just really rude and questioning clients.

$12 per tea, they told me the black tea and green tea are pre-made so they can’t adjust the sweetness level. We went with a Hokkaido tea as she suggested and it tastes terribly sweet. Threw it away after tasing a bit.

I made my order to the man who was in the cashier and at the moment “I was still paying”, I informed him that my tea should not contain ice cubes. At this time, the attendant already brought my tea with lots of ice. I asked if she just could take it off, she said NO. Then I asked “how she could help me”, because I have a sore throat and would not like to take such a super cold tea… she just replied that “she couldn’t do anything for me” cause it is cameras and she couldn’t help me. Well, I am a costumer and I left super dissatisfied. I just ask her (with my permission): “take the seal off and throw the ice cubes away”. She said “no possible as well”. 😡 The whole problem is that the cashier did not ask me if I wanted with or without ice cubes, even because if it is no ice cubes, the price changes, according to the attendant( which would not be a problem for me if they had informed me). All the times that the attendant denied me help, the reasons were arbitrary! The client has to simply accept?? 🤷🏻♀️ BAD SERVICE, very poorly prepared attendants. I’ll never come back in this place. A simple thing, it became a problem because the attendant didn’t have empathy to simply remove the ice from my tea. I have to do it in public restroom. Ridiculous!

I used to get the milk tea with creme brûlée here but it's been off lately. The creme brûlée was grainy and odd. The first time I just thought it was an off day. But it's happened a few more times. :(

Just left this inconsiderate place. My daughters just wanted two of the mango ice creams they have been seeing on tik tok that they can find no where! There was this lady ahead of us taking a long time to order who had 5 kids she was ordering for. I knew she would take forever so I simply asked the girl at the register if I can just quickly pay for my kids ice cream and she said no. No lie we were standing there almost 10 minutes….had to leave so disrespectful and horrible costumer service!
