As the now former General Manager of Mai Thai, I wanted to come on here and leave a review for a few reasons. Mai Thai has been nothing but great to me and I will forever cherish my Mai Thai Family. When you book for brunch, please make sure to read eventbrite entirely. That will give you all the important information you need about your visit for brunch. When visiting for brunch, please be patient with the staff and managers. Please understand we seat the entire restaurant at one time and all orders are being sent to the bar and kitchen at the same time. Mai Thai has entertainment for your experience so please enjoy it while your drinks and food are being prepared. Servers will bring out the dishes from the kitchen when they are prepared so nothing sits on the line and gets cold. Please understand that some dishes will come out faster than others but everyone will receive their food. The 18% automatic gratuity has and will always go to the wait staff. That does not go to the restaurant in any way, shape, or form. As for Mai Thai Tuesday through Friday for Asian Fusion, the food is amazing. In the almost 6 years I spent at Mai Thai I have tried every dish and did not find one I didn’t like. I highly recommend the duck tacos and the pad see-ew.

I was very hesitant about making this review but my husband said I should as he is a retired security guard and I am currently a bartender out of Michigan. I didn’t want to get anyone introuble but it was a safety hazard and could have put so many lives in danger ! I watched my bartender last weekend giving shots to a security guard I don’t remember her name but she was black with dreads she gave him multiple during the session I was in . It is a danger because security is paid to protect the establishment and how can security protect if intoxicated. I want to blame security but the bartender should have knew better . I am a bartender and we know not to give security alcohol . Security can’t just go behind a bar and make there own drink a bartender has to do I put full blame on the bartender. Then later on security and that same bartender ended up in a heated arguement with a customer outside I believe it was because they were both under the influence of alcohol. I believe there should be a manager behind the bar at all times to avoid things like this from happening or management or the owners should always review cameras each shift to make sure things like this is not happening . Imagine if a fight broke out or a gun man came and our security was under the influence so many lives were put in danger . My husband and I even went to another bar after and told the bartender what we seen and she said just last year there was a mass shooting downtown on Halloween . My point you never know what could happen . Please management hire better bartenders and a security who knows better then to drink on the job . The food and the atmosphere was amazing but what I seen put a bad taste in my mouth .

We came to the 4:30 Brunch(which we never Hv) big mistake. 1- The crowd is dead not worth the fee. 2- They over charge on Everything now... Food that comes with certain items menued are now carrying a surcharge they do not tell you about. It is placed at very bottom of menu no where near the items. $1 per egg really! 3- Music was not leveled right this time at all... Can't hear or speak to damn near anyone. 4- Ticket price is to force food purchase, without you loose your money. ..... We will be finding new spot. Servers are great.... But unfortunately they do not get the auto gratuities as they should. THEY SAY IT DOES NOT GO TO THEM!!! The point of the gratuities is for the serving staff... They are 1000% wrong for that!

First time at Mai Thai Brunch, and a time was had!! I went for my bestfriends birthday. The vibe was great, and the service was awesome. The DJs were entertaining, and the food was good. The bottomless mimosa price is definitely worth it because by the time you order two drinks, it'll equal the same price. I ordered the steak and eggs with hash browns, and it was decent. The only thing I didn't like was the egg surcharge, like eggs came with my meal its not like I added them. There is an automatic 18% gratuity added, but the $20 reservation fee does come off at the end. I will say bring you a portable handheld fan cause honey it gets HOT in there. Overall, we had a great time!

Food is really bad, everything is fried. Things that shouldn't be fried are fried, like tofu and spring rolls. Atmosphere is weird.

If I could give a zero I would without question. First, the quality of the establishment is lack luster. They are too busy about being money hungry they got quality over quantity. Don't have a party more than 4 you will literally sit on top of each other. Plus, you are literally arm reach of the people at the next table food. The music is so DAMN loud. As you can see from the photo of the water the damn tables are not even the same size. Despite, everything the waitress was nice Tyrea.

While visiting Orlando, I heard this was the go-to Sunday funday brunch,so we had to check it out.
The DJ was lit, the music was great, and it was lots of fun. The bartenders were sweet and made sure our drinks were nice and strong. They danced and entertained us. The food was pretty good and everyone enjoyed what they had. Burgers and wings were really good. make sure you make a reservations it gets packed.

Never again, we were way over charged, never given a receipt after asking twice. The place had no ac like hot as hell. Only good part was the food and dj, but still not enough to make this worth it. Never ever again..my money is better spent other places. It was brunch but more like a night club ass with my eggs not classy at all. Never had such a horrible time at a brunch spot.

Mai Thai has officially earned the title of my favorite brunch spot in Orlando — and for good reason! From the moment I arrived, the vibe was on point. The music was upbeat the entire time, setting the perfect tone for a lively, fun atmosphere.
Let’s talk about the service — beyond impressive! From security, servers to the bar staff, everyone was welcoming, professional, and on top of their game. You could feel that they truly cared about creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
The food. Absolutely excellent. Flavorful, fresh, and generously portioned — I left full and happy. Every bite was a reminder of why I’ll be coming back again and again.
If you’re thinking about going, don’t hesitate. I recommend Mai Thai’s brunch times TEN. Whether you’re local or just visiting, this spot is an absolute must. Make sure you book in advance for a seat.
Came here for the first time for dinner and Jaime was wonderful and funny! Great customer service!
