What a joke of a place. Didn’t honor a special even after I called to make sure the special was valid. Drove there for them to tell me the ropes course was closed till 5. How dos this evening happen at a place in Orlando where you know it’s going to be busy. If I could give 0 stars I would. We did our son 8th birthday party, on September 24th, 2023 at 4;30PM and we had an horrible experience. The service was HORRIBLE, they didn’t have our table ready for us to decor because they had another parties at the same time, Courtney told us by phone that we have to arrive 15minute prior so we can set up the table, so we arrived early, we had to take our bowling time to go set up the table, they didn’t do anything to help.
