Main Event Orlando

Don’t advertise happy hour on the Orlando site if you don’t offer it. Literally 50 people in line walked out. Trash bait and switch location.

My family and I came to bowl but the customer service representative Anastasia informed my wife the lanes were closed. This would have been ok and well received by me, but I'm confused as they were handing shoes and assigning lanes to someone else at that exact time... I'm glad I'm local to the Wesley Chapel location and not this Orlando one.

We had a large party for a working gathering and chose to do dining reservation instead of the event route this time. Chris the manager made sure that our tables were all together so we could easily mix and mingle and the waitress and waiter could divide and conquer. Chris made sure to check in a number of times and was truly a blessing to our night! We will for sure use the Main Event Orlando for future group gatherings! Thank you, especially Chris, for making this night memorable!

Great place to explore for kids . But weekends are overcrowded.

Only one server attending all the bowling lanes all the tables are dirty the lady serving the drinks at bar was super rude and the wait time is ridiculous on a slow night waited over 40 minutes for someone come and clean my table and also come take my order is just BAD BUSINESS.!

We held our work event here. Our hostess, Haley, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and attentiveness. Her dedication to ensuring a seamless experience was truly appreciated by all attendees. The venue's ambiance and amenities perfectly complemented the event's objectives. We wholeheartedly recommend this location for future gatherings.

Came out to celebrate my God's birthday and in the process of waiting for everything to begin. Had a little date Night with my Boo. Food was amazing not too busy around 5:30pm staff was great and very friendly. Definitely saved our game card to head back out . Birthday set up was nice only thing I did not like was other people from another party was taking plates from our table when they should of just asked their host for additional plates.

Nothing but kids running the place. No attendants at the spots of need .

Lots of employees here and an empty restaurant, yet somehow the food service is still ridiculously slooooow…

We ordered everything up front, yet it took 20 minutes to get our shots, 30 minutes to get the drinks, 45 minutes to get the salad (which was missing the chicken we asked for so they took it back to be remade), and 1 hour to get the 2nd meal and the two water bottles we ordered 🫠🫠🫠

I went here with 3 coworkers. Ruben, our server, was great! He was very lively, engaging, and helpful. He provided his recommendations from the menu and he kept the diet coke flowing all dinner long! We wouldn't even be done with our soda before he came back with another one; which is what I love!!! Food was delicious too. Sadly we didn't have time to check out the games, since we only had limited time, as we were in the area on business. Overall Main Event was an enjoyable experience and I will certainly be back.

Here’s my honest review of the Main Event. The place has some highlights, particularly the friendly receptionist who got us set up quickly. However, the long wait time for food and its mediocre quality were disappointing. The bowling experience could have been smoother; needing to share balls with adjacent lanes and dealing with stuck bumpers took away from the enjoyment. The arcade amenities were tempting but came at an additional cost, and the cramped restroom conditions were less than ideal. Overall, the Main Event is fine for a casual family outing or a budget-friendly birthday party, but there’s room for improvement. Me and my family (five people total) spent about $189.00 dollars for a bowling experience and food, not including other amenities and parking tickets. We enjoyed our time together as a family, but I’d give this facility a moderate rating. For a better experience, I’d recommend checking out a local bowling alley that offers a more personal touch and smoother experience.

Good ol’ Main Event has everything you’d expect from the chain: great arcade games, virtual reality, bowling and decent food. My family and I had a blast here.

Went here for the first time on Saturday with my family we wanted to bowl. We spoke to a lady at the front desk with glasses and her hair was shaved on one side. She advised us it was a first come first serve basis no reservation no wait list or nothing for bowling and we had to wait about 20 minutes. We decided to play arcade games which was cool until it was time to bowl. I went back to the desk to see if any lanes were open she advised me a few other people had just finished so it wouldn't be much longer until it was ready so we waited. Went back to the front desk and after a few only to find out the another family came in and now we were advised to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes. We were very upset about the situation so we decided to leave. After the fact a reservation was mentioned about bowling and we were approached asking if we wanted to wait for another lane like ofcourse not. Customer service was not it for me. Might not be back again.
