Main Event Orlando

Me and my family ate here tonight, the games were super fun for the kids and that part we can’t complain! On the other hand the service was horrible JOSE was the server and he did an awful job serving us, I’ve been a server for years and even though of the bad service we still gave him a tip of 18%! We paid and left and HE FOLLOWED US outside and yelled to my dad and my disabled mom that we gave him 0 tip when that was not the case and they had to show him the receipt that we did gave him the 18%! This was so disrespectful and I’ve never seen this in my life so I hope that this review helps this establishment to take action because you don’t do that to customers! Would come back to play but not to eat ever again…

Tried for the first time. Expensive for the quality of food. Was okay. Service not great, all staff just stood around in a huddle talking to each other. Had to ask for a refill drink dispite server coming over. One to avoid. Should have read the room as it was empty on a Saturday night.

I’m giving it 3 stars because last night I took my nephew there for his 12th bday and we opted to do the new Gel Blaster and I was not impressed to say the least! I paid $68 for 4 of us and it wasn’t enjoyable at all! The game lasted about 15 mins at most, the guns wasn’t shooting well at all they jammed up and we were told to shake the guns, which didn’t really help! I’m sorry but for that price you should at least get 30 mins of playtime and better equipment that doesn’t malfunction - other than that, this place is a great place for families to enjoy a night having fun!!! I have been here plenty of times before, we’ve bowled there, did the ropes, laser tag and it’s always been a very enjoyable experience!!!

Our server Kisha was AMAZING! We had such a blast with her. She was so attentive and sweet, keeping us updating on food arrival and refilling drinks. Hayley at the front desk was so kind, she even got someone in or group a pair of bowling shoes so she could participate in gravity ropes since she was wearing sandals. We will absolutely be back the next time we are in town.

We went bowling here and Junior went absolutely above and beyond in making our experience wonderful. There were some issues with the bowling balls at one point and he added time for us and gave us a free round for next time. We really appreciated you, Junior!

This is a really nice multi-game complex — it has a bar, bowling alley, and more. The place itself looks great and has a fun atmosphere. However, the service wasn’t good. In the bowling area, there were no waiters or attendants at all, so we had to walk all the way to the other side of the complex just to order food. Because of that, I’m giving it a 3

I had to post because I had such a great time. My bartender, Jr (yes that’s his real name apparently) made me a custom drink I need to have at every bar now. It was delicious. I was a bit off-put by the service when I got there as there was a long line to get to games and they only had one girl upfront. I stopped at the bar and when I tell you he took care of us without fuss, I mean it. I could tell he was incredibly busy (Saturday when I went in) but he made me and my husband feel at home. He made sure I got a lane when I was told it would be at least 45 minutes. We close with him but I put in one last round with him before going to bowling, that man walked the drinks up to me. Brought the food up to us. And did not complain. The server who took over honestly got a tip because he said he’d just split it with her and I didn’t want that because she did not give nearly the kind of service he did. The place was clean. Most of the staff was kind. The bathrooms could use some work but hey I get it. And the only reason food doesn’t get a 5 is because those bristle sprouts were so dang hard I couldn’t eat them. That being said, my son’s birthday is in February. I told Jr I’d be back but he had to work that day because I’m gonna need that passion fruit martini he made me. I tipped $75… $75 (in this economy) because that man was worth it! To all those who want a good drink and good service, stop by that bar. You won’t be sorry.

I thought the food was good and decently priced for where it's located. I got the Caesar salad sandwich. Not bad. I wish the bread was thinner. Fries were good. Fun a d entertaining place. Spent $100 for myself and my daughter. She won the grand prize in the spin the wheel game.

This was our first time at a main event arcade, and it was very fun. The perfect stood out the most to us was how helpful and friendly the representative at the redemption counter was. His name was Philip and he was very helpful and friendly, at first my son felt like he didn't win a lot of tickets but Philip really hyped him up in a nice way and made him feel very special. He helped him pick out some fun things, can my son left their excited to come back again. Customer service interactions like this are rare lately but this gentleman really stood out! We definitely will visit again.

Great place and experience

Took me a few days to write this review but what I saw at the bar was honestly disgusting. One bartender was bullying her coworker right in front of everyone telling her not to talk to guests and to move faster so we’d leave sooner.
Imagine being told not to interact with customers just rush them out. In hospitality! Meanwhile, the bartender being bullied was doing everything right. She was kind, talkative, and made the experience fun.
The one being rude? She served me with an attitude and even snapped at me over something as small as a napkin.
It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If Main Event wants people to come back, they need to clean this kind of behavior out of their staff ASAP

By far the worst experience we’ve had when it comes to a party host. She never gave us the itinerary or kept up with the party we saw her for about 5 min at each event if that, so little service that even one of the other parents was looking for the host multiple times! They also didn’t have our cards loaded correctly so we had to have down all the kids again to correct the issue.
