It was a fun evening after working hard at a conference all week.We had a room, and Jeff was the best. The food was yummy.Games galore. Really enjoyed being carefree for awhile.

This was our 3rd time at Main Event. We came to celebrate my daughter’s bday. The staff was very nice, polite and accommodating. Lido was nice enough to show us the private banquet rooms.Matania Toussaint was very helpful and friendly. She really made my daughters day extra special with her kindness.

Never again. If you have been to Dave and Busters you will not like this place. Ridiculously over priced and felt mismanaged. Line out the door but only 1 person working the counter. I felt so bad for him. In the restaurant/bowling area horrible service from David. He mentally was not at work. I couldn't tell if he was overwhelmed or just didn't care. Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because of Juan at Lasertag he saved our entire visit. Please make him a trainer. The problem isn't the lower level employees it's clear as day the higher ups. You have way to much competition to operate your business like this. $200+ later and I feel like I was robbed. That's a horrible feeling as a customer.

My experience tonight was ok until this girl named Rachel gave me attitude in the bathroom when i asked her can she clean one of the women’s stall she said thats not my job and rolled her eyes at me and walked off I was being polite and she was just completely rude to me in my opinion you shouldn’t have someone like that working for you i will not be coming back
Amazing I went to the bowling alley and it was amazing. We ate fried chicken with fries. It was the best fried chicken with fries and with a medium Coke. The service was amazing the interior is fabulous so yeaParking: And for the parking area it’s for five dollars we had so much spaces park that we only had to choose one and if we were only there for two hours, so yeahKid-friendliness: It’s fun for friends and family and his kid friendly

I had an awesome experience on Sunday 3/24 for my son’s 16th bday! We went there with no plans A cake and balloons and the manager/supervisor on shift Johnny helped me and made an exception for us!! Johnny thank you!!!! Your energy, and professional was truly appreciated!!!!thank you the kids had a blast and the celebration there was smooth! Everyone was extremely nice
