I’m a recurrent customer there. I love their food. Everything on the menu is wonderful and the sushi is great. I’ve never had a disappointing experience there. Highly highly recommend especially the sexy lobster roll and the red hot love and the fire cracker roll.

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spacious seating area, and open concept. But what truly blew us away was the exceptional service and exquisite cuisine!
Our appetizer was nothing short of phenomenal - from the refreshing water to the fresh ginger in the salad, every detail was meticulously attended to. And the dinner that followed was equally impressive!
Please extend our sincerest appreciation to the entire team, including the chefs, servers, and management, for serving us a truly unforgettable dinner. We will definitely be back and can't wait to recommend Maki Hibachi Restaurant to our friends and family!

After a day at theme Park my family and I wanted a good meal. My family of 6 all agreed on hibachi and sushi. This place did not disappoint! It was delicious! Sushi was perfect and fresh, had the sexy lobster… so good. Hibachi was also great, I had noodles hibachi, different but highly recommend. Service was great as well very friendly! We all walked out content!

All I can say is Yum, yum, YUM!! I eat here at least 2x a month! I’ve had food delivered from here and was a bit disappointed but when I dine in, it’s amazing.
Maki Hibachi has some of the best Hibachi in the Orlando area. My friend and I enjoy coming here for a quick bit because they always give you big portions and we always leave feeling satisfied. The only sad part about our experience was that after the waiter gave us our food, we had to constantly keep waving him down for assistance. I know the place gets busy for dinner, but it's like he totally forgot about us and kept passing us like we didn't exist. Anyways, the food was still 🔥🔥🔥so definitely recommend this place for the food.

Loved having lunch here! The place was clean and the ambience and decor were great! The food was yummy and tasted freshly made with quality ingredients. We spent about $50 for the two of us including the 2 lunch entrees and an appetizer. We're not big drinkers when we go out so we had water. The service was good and we got everything within a reasonable time. Always check their open times because they're open for lunch close and then open for dinner. We chose this place after having coffee down the street and were craving hibachi and weren't disappointed would definitely visit again.
Delicious place! Clean atmosphere with great service. Food was amazing and quick. Had the chicken hibachi (lunch portion), miso soup, ginger salad and shrimp tempura. We were very please with all of it. Brought two kids and didn’t feel out of place. They even have kids hibachi menu which my kids loved.
Side note the hibachi sauce was great! I hate when places have that thick, syrupy and sugar sauce over everything. This sauce was very thin, light and tasted fresh!

went to dinner with my family. we got sushi and hibachi. everything came out pretty fast. the hibachi they cook behind glass so it doesnt smell. the fish was really fresh and rolls were good too. we gor the sushi sashimi combo and the sashimi pieces were huge! one downside was that my shrimp tempura roll was a little cold. my daughter had a poke bowl and really enjoyed it.
parking spots in the back. service was fine.
its not a fancy omakase place but it was fast, fresh, nice decor, decent price point for the quality of food. i would definitely go back!
