The restaurant and the restrooms were also neat and sparkling clean. We even got oranges that were cut up nicely as dessert, for free! Would go again next time I visit Florida ☺️.

The food here taste fresh and amazing!! It’s so good that we cleared the plates as soon. The portion size and price is fair. I highly recommend the grilled bloody clams with onions if you want to try new things!! This is one of the most authentic Vietnamese seafood you’ll find coming from someone that goes to Vietnam often.

The first time, I went with friends from another state who wanted to try shellfish, so I brought them here. The server pressured us to order hotpot, even though we only wanted to enjoy the shellfish and some other dishes. The server was almost yelling at us and spoke very rudely.
The second time, I went with two other families, and we got the same kind of service. I really dislike this attitude—it’s as if they’re serving us out of obligation, without any sense of joy.
The third time, I went with my students, and I decided I would not return after this. The food here truly has an unpleasant smell; I noticed it on previous visits, too. When I called a server over to discuss it, they acted irritated and said, “If you can eat it, then eat it; that’s how it’s served here.” Completely absurd! When we got the bill, they'd even added two dishes we didn't order. This also happened on my second visit.
Some of the food is decent, but others are bad, and they always add extra charges to the bill (each time, I find one or two extra items on the bill!?!). The servers act like they're talking down to customers. There’s no shortage of places to eat in Orlando, so why put up with such disrespectful service?
I won't be returning, and I don't think others will enjoy it here either. This isn't spam; I'm just sharing my experience of how they treated their customers. And I have all the receipts for each time I ate here.

I don’t want to be mean. I just want to give feedback to your restaurant from my experience and I hope you can make it better and improve the quality of food. I and 3 other friends went to the restaurant and we ordered some dishes. The total bill was over $100 but we only ate a little bit :(((( one of my friends only ate the fried rice and the smell of oil was really old she got food poisoning and vomited after dinner. The hot pot was not fresh, the fish smelled stinky and we could see the seafood still frozen. I and another friend had an allergy reaction the day after. I really love Lau Oc so I hope you can improve the food quality. Thank you for hearing.
