They have the best atmosphere and food. Love coming here. Been stopping here far many years. The owners are out of this world polite and respectful.

My daughter came to get me a sub and mushrooms. The mushrooms was cooked too long the first time and she remade them, then she didn’t ask to look at them the second time, and no way that these should a been served. Callled Stephanie (manager), and she was rude just because my daughter goes there a lot and had issues before either the fries not done/ or sub didn’t have mushrooms when mushrooms were charged for or when breakfast sandwich had an issue. If there is an issue of course someone needs to complain and I called her as my daughter picked up this order for me and she was rude and told my daughter to not come back! She expects if something is wrong with an order that’s paid for then nobody should complain. Maybe others just deal with the issue of their food and don’t complain but if something is wrong; I’m suppose to just deal with it?

Need more flavor on the cheese steak and give the frys some seasoning or something. Just saying it was OK but I think they can do better.

Thier online ordering offers to add 4 oz of meat for an additional cost. I ordered the egg salad sandwich and requested pastrami for the meat. Mama Mia's calls to tell me they CAN'T add the pastrami - they can either refund me the money I paid for it or I need to purchase a pastrami sandwich (to get the pastrami). I noted that they also offer to add bacon to a sandwich for an additional cost - they are happy to do this AND not charge me the difference. So, adding pastrami to an egg salad sandwich is impossible, but adding bacon is feasible. I can't figure out how giving a customer a hard time over which specific meat could be added to a sandwich was worth it for Mama Mia's.

Their food never disappoints, but their roadside sign should be placed in a more visible area, so that new customers don't miss the chance to enjoy a great sub, and sides!!!
