Went here after work with my partner and wow, I'm so glad we did! The Roti Canai was DELICIOUS. We had to get an extra order of that curry dip and pour it over our side of rice. The ginger and scallion fish was satisfying as well. The fish itself was light and airy, and it was glazed in this wonderfully savory sauce that paired well with the vegetables. My partner also ordered their wings, and she said they were fried perfectly. Truly, we were both so happy with how everything tasted, we'll definitely be back to try more menu items.

Stumbled upon this gem after grabbing coffee w/ a friend a couple months ago, and I’m still dreaming about the Mamak fries and that delicious sake flight! I live a whole movies worth away, but it’s about time for an encore visit..

Table for two please! We came in on a Monday afternoon for an easygoing celebratory lunch. Everything we ordered was great. Portions were perfect, temperature of each order was a sign of freshness. The staff were very attentive in clearing the empty plates from the table, water refills, and if we needed anything else. Even the price was a welcomed amount for what we got. Definitely a nice spot to try out if you're in the area.

Had a few apps and entrees, all were delicious except for the summer rolls, way too much lettuce in them. Roti was outstanding! Plenty of parking in the back. Atmosphere is decent, could use some private booths as you can hear the conversations of those seated next to you.

Food is really unflavored. They mask the lack of flavor with spicy seasoning, so your tongue gets numbed. To make it even worse, the portions of the dishes (NOT the tapas), are super small, looks like a kids meal. And, apparently, the server had a bad day and she vented it out with the guests. At least the decoration is nice, thats why I'm giving 2 stars.

Mamak Asian Street Food in Orlando offers a respectable tour across Southeast Asian cuisines. Their tom yum delivers solid heat and tang, while the mee goreng hits the right notes of sweet and savory complexity. The vegetable dishes round out the experience competently.
However, the broad pan-Asian approach feels like a missed opportunity. Each dish shows promise, but none quite reaches the heights you'd expect from a restaurant with deeper specialization. The kitchen clearly has skill – it's the scope that dilutes the impact.
A tighter focus on one or two cuisines could transform this from good to exceptional. Still worth trying for the variety, but leaves you wondering what they could accomplish with more concentrated expertise.

The premier Malaysia restaurant in Orlando. Nestled in the heart of little asia street, you'll find this gem that offers authentic Malaysian flavors, like Coconut Kari and roti which is their version and is very delicious.
Excellent service! Eagle-eyed bussers are scoop up unused plates and waiting staff are friendly and hustling.

Electric, energetic, exuberant! Outstanding selection of tapas. Food is ordered and brought to table quickly. So tasty - GOOD. Service is exemplary. The atmosphere is big city chic. If you love to people watch, both outside and inside than this is a must place to dine. a Very diverse crowd in age, sex, sexuality, and ethnicity. This is a MUST place on list for oneself and if bringing family in town. EXCELSIOR!

One of my favorite Asian restaurants!! The food here never disappoints. I always get the Mamak Nasi Goreng, but when im feeling it I'll get the Indonesian version. They have a wide variety of appetizers too!

Me and my girls got to try this restaurant recently and it was so good. We got a variety of soups and noodles. The wait time was very short even though they were very busy. Our hostess was very efficient and they cleaned the tables in between guests quickly to make room for more guests in a timely manner. The presentations were beautiful and we enjoyed our food, for the most part. My girls were more fond of each other's food and would probably order opposites the next time we go back; however, I enjoyed my food. I tried their singapore noodles, which had the right amount of spice and flavor. We tried the spring rolls for the first time (always saw it and finally decided to try it) but we werent a fan of it. We also tried the cream cheese rangoons, which were quite delicious. Ambience was relaxing and the venue, although in a busy part of town, was very nice. Parking is limited near the restaurant because there are other restuarants in the same plaza that also seems pretty good.

I think I might have found my new favorite Asian restaurant in Orlando. We shared roti canai, egg rolls, beef satay, and char kway teow. The dishes were served nice and hot and they were all delicious. The portion wasn’t very big but good for sharing so you can try different items on their menu. There were enough parking spots in front of and behind the restaurant. I can’t wait to go back and try their other dishes!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Absolutely fantastic experience at Mamak Asian Street Food! From the moment we walked in, the servers were incredibly friendly, courteous, and attentive to our needs throughout the entire meal. They offered helpful suggestions when we were deciding what to order, which really enhanced our dining experience.
The food was simply impeccable - every dish was perfectly prepared and bursting with authentic flavors. But I have to give a special shout-out to the lychee juice - oh my God, it was out of this world! Seriously one of the best drinks I've ever had. Fresh, perfectly sweet, and so refreshing.
The restaurant has a great modern atmosphere with beautiful design touches, and you can tell they put care into every detail of the dining experience. Whether you're craving authentic Asian street food or looking for something new to try, Mamak delivers on all fronts.
Will definitely be back soon - can't wait to try more dishes and definitely getting that lychee juice again!
