We came here on a weekend during spring break, so it was nice and quiet. The classic street noodles, the most popular item on their menu, were delicious, and we would definitely recommend them. We got bao and pork belly, too, and they were good but not great. Next time we go, we'll probably just do multiple orders of the classic street noodles.

We love MAMAK. Happy to have a location closer to home. Delicious freshly made food, and a comfortable atmosphere. If you are familiar with their other location.., the menu differs slightly, you pre order your meal and it is delivered to the table. Additionally, there is no bar at this location. Besides that, same awesome food.

First time here. I got the Kari Mee Malaysian soup. Holy moly! If this is the quality of fast casual at this place, the rest of the menu must be amazing. Mamak is going into heavy lunch rotation so I can eat across this menu over the next few months. Like Arnold said, I'll be back!

First time trying this establishment. You order at a register and they bring food to your table. Hostess was really nice and patient as it was my first visit. I ordered egg rolls which were boring and bland, sautéed green beans with garlic which were delicious, and chow fun with beef that was clearly some type of low end cut because I couldn't even chew through the meat. Overall, I like the concept, but the food quality and taste overall was just below average. I also ordered a Thai iced tea which was super watered down. My bill came to almost $40 for these three dishes. I think the concept again is cool, but the products and portion size was below the mark.

Ordered from Uber, probably won't order again. Food is ok, but portions are tiny. Bulgogi skewers look misleading, they're tiny and were burnt. Instead of two roti as pictured, only got one.

Long time customer, loved this place until today. Took a bite of a duck lettuce wrap, thought there was a bone. But no, IT IS A HUGE PIECE OF GLASS! Now I have a comped meal and non stop anxiety hoping I don’t get internal bleeding. This is obviously on purpose, glass doesn’t accidentally end up inside of a prepared meal. Steer clear.

It was great, food came out fast and fresh. Their fried sesame balls were also great. You should definitely try if you're in the area !

This experience has some weirdness associated with it. It says asian street food, but the food is not really street, because it's very sloppy. It's more like Asian-themed dishes. They use a lot of sauce on the two dishes that I got, which was very odd for street food. The other problem is that is extremely overpriced for what it actually was. Two bao buns, a beef noodle dish, and a drink came out to $26 after tip. The portion sizes didn't seem to relate to the cost, with the dishes actually looking pretty small for what it cost. As for the taste, after taking off some of the sauce of the second bao bun, I felt like the bao bun was excellent. The beef noodle dish was actually pretty tasty. Overall, I'd say that the place needs to rebranded into something that is more asian-inspired rather than saying it's asian Street food, because the price does not match the theming, and the odd yellow on brown theme they have going. One set of warning for everyone: they are cashless. This isn't a problem for me, but some others might want to know.

A few years before COVID loved the Colonial location. Was so excited that new location would open closer to me. Sadly, we were disappointed. Agree with other review about high prices small portions. To Mamak people, please increase amount of protein in summer roll (only got half a shrimp in each roll) and Bao (only got 2 small pieces bbq pork in each). Pork and chicken bulgogi skewers didn’t have the grilled flavor, and sauce was salty and not tasty. Hubby didn’t pad Thai, says it didn’t taste like pad Thai. Overall food did not have an Asian taste, more like a chain American restaurant. :(

I wish this location had more options on the menu, but it's a tasty option when you want quick eats. I think the portion sizes are a little skimpy, but everything I've ordered has been very tasty. I really like the Kari Mee soup and it is always part of my order.

I got the naked wings since they didn't have the battered ones available. They were amazing with the thai chili sauce nonetheless. I also ordered sesame balls and they were great!

Update. They was short staffed Friday so they closed. So check with them before you go up there. I guess they have closed this location. Came up Friday night at 7pm and all locked up. Update. They was short staffed Friday so they closed. So check with them before you go up there.

This Malaysian Fusion street food place was delicious! A little bit of every Southeast Asia countries, including noodle bowls, rice dishes and a long list of appetizers so you can try a little bit of something you haven't had before. Their portion sizes were great, and service was friendly. I chose two signature dishes - Kari Mee with noodles, chicken, shrimp, bean sprouts, tofu, veg in a spicy but not too spicy lemongrass broth. And of course chicken satay, charcoal-grilled perfectly with a thick peanut sauce I would buy by the bottle.

Mamak is a nice malaysian restaurant. It is very close to University of Central Florida. Just a 10 minute drive from the main campus. I liked roti canai a lot, especially the coconut curry. It was yum. The lychee fruit punch was also good, but it was just a flovoured drink not real fruit. Liked the ginger-honey hot tea. Being an Indian, Viet-coffee was not suitable for my palate. Too strong for me! My friend did say she liked the chicken bulgogi which is very similar to Indian seekh kabab. Good one! Will definitely visit again ?
