The park overall is super nice, everything was going well until we arrived at this place. That is when the experience completely changed because of the terrible service at Mango Market.

First of all, I will never forget the name of the server (Jose B) because of how rude and unprofessional he was. From the very beginning, it was obvious that he did not want to help us. His bad attitude, lack of courtesy, and unwillingness to serve made what should have been a simple food order feel uncomfortable and unpleasant.

When he gave us the cups for our drinks, he did it in such a rough and careless way that it almost seemed like he wanted to throw them at us. He also kept rolling his eyes every time we asked a question and swinging his shoulders as if we were bothering him. These gestures showed nothing but disrespect and a total lack of professionalism. We were polite and friendly, but instead we were treated in a cold and rude way that made us feel unwelcome.

On top of the awful service, the food itself was horrible. I ordered a chicken bacon wrap, and it was so salty it felt like biting straight into the ocean. For the price we paid, especially with the all day dining option, this was unacceptable. We pay for food and we deserve good service and at least decent quality, but we received neither.

Service like this has no place in a family friendly theme park where people come to enjoy their time. Instead of feeling taken care of, we felt mistreated and upset. Do not go to this place.

My experience at Mango Market was truly disappointing because of the service provided by Jose B. From the moment we approached the counter, it was clear that he did not want to serve us. He was rude, unfriendly, and acted as if helping customers was a burden. His bad attitude made the simple act of ordering food very uncomfortable, even though we were polite and respectful the entire time.
Jose B. showed no interest in his job and gave the impression that attending people was an inconvenience. He had no desire to help, treated us with irritation, and made us feel unwelcome in a place where families are supposed to enjoy their day. This kind of behavior completely ruins the customer experience.
The service was not just poor, it was horrible. I left feeling upset and regretted even trying to order food there. Because of how badly we were treated, I do not plan to order food at Mango Market again. A theme park like Aquatica should provide staff who care about their guests, but unfortunately, this experience was the opposite.
If I could give zero stars, I would, but since that option doesn’t exist, I am forced to leave at least one.

Terrible, terrible food, terrible service, very unorganized. I ordered a bacon wrapped hot dog, and the bacon was raw. I asked them to make me another one, they did, and the bacon was still raw😂 The fountain drinks were not working. I got a carbonated water that was supposed to be Sprite. An employee said that he would fix it, and he never did. I was standing there for 15minutes waiting for him to fix the fountain drink machine. I spent 16.99 on a hotdog wrapped with raw bacon and $5.49 for a carbonated water that was supposed to be Sprite. The employees also looked like they weren’t happy to be there too. All in all, it was a terrible experience for me and looked like for the employees as well😂 I will never eat there again. Waste of money and waste of time.

Very pricey for low quality food. You expect park food to be expensive but 18 dollars for some chicken strips with shredded cheese over some French fries is insane. The salads are also terrible with poor quality protein.

To mix the spicy sauce and cheese in the tenders is not a good idea. We still like the tenders though.

Good enough, service was nice. The fries aren't bad, just painfully meh. I wish there was an online menu with nutrition facts, I'm on a diet and can't find what was even in my food.
