Been to Florida many times but always stay and eat on Disney property/restaurants and this time we decided to venture a little further out for brunch before going to the airport for our flight back.

I'm glad we did because we really enjoyed this place. We tried a little of everything and even have things we want to try when we come back, because we do plan on coming back

Plenty of indoor seating and even outdoors and some covered so we even considered sitting out despite the slightly rainy weather.

You order at the counter and then if they aren't busy they bring your food to the table, if they are busy I'm guessing they call you to pick up your food because they did ask us for the favorite thing about your job and they would use that to call us to pick up our food. But they ended up bringing it to our table. The drinks I did go myself to pick up when it food came, and the coffee was really good, so don't skip that.

Although I read some reviews not liking the paying first before they go to their table, I actually prefer that at places like this.

Definitely a place we are going back to.

This place service was terrible from placing the order to the food we received. And the manager was even worst. After receiving our last 2 meals out of 6 that were sooo unsatisfying. The waiter made sure we understood that it would be an huge inconvenience to recook the order because the fryers were shut off and they were closed. He stated he would send his manager over. When she finally made it over to us. She handed over a receipt of the refund for the 2 meals. But never heard our concerns or even apologized due to the inconvenience after explaining to her the trouble I went through to get there. Our issue wasn’t the bill it was the quality of the food and service or lack there of. I’ve visited the chain before when vacationing in Orlando but we will not revisit this location at all. Manager could use some refresher trainings on customer service.

First I would like to start by saying the service was amazing and the restaurant was clean. I ordered the hash bowl and it was just so bland. No flavor at all. Same thing with the steak tacos. I have tried this place one other time and remember it being a little better but I simply will not go back after this visit.

We went here on a recommendation and were disappointed. First off the Girl Scouts are right outside the entrance so if you don’t buy cookies you feel bad. I don’t like that pressure.

After we ordered it took 25 minutes to get our food and three of them were wrong. I don’t know about you but when a place has the word biscuit in the name I think they are going to have good ones! Not this place, they are made ahead of time and just warmed up. Not great.

Breakfast is pretty hard to mess up and all 9 of us were disappointed.

I can’t say enough great things about Maple Street Biscuit Company!!! From the moment you walk in you are greeted warmly. Someone is up front rolling out and cutting FRESH BISCUITS!! The menu was explained, our questions answered, then we placed our order. I got the sqwaking goat which was AMAZING!!! It is a culinary masterpiece to be exact. The heartiness of the biscuit paired with the tender fried chicken. The tanginess of the goat cheese coupled with the pepper jelly was incredibly balanced and all the flavors danced in my mouth. I’m not being dramatic!! I’m a foodie and it’s difficult to wow me. This sandwich definitely did. I’ve been craving fried green tomatoes and was so happy to find them on this menu. The sauce it comes with (possibly dill?) was perfect. I was stuffed. Comfort food at its finest. My husband ordered The Retro Plate. He is a straight shooter. Doesn’t want anything fancy. He was happy to know they had something he’d enjoy also. He also doesn’t like biscuits and gravy but I assure you whenever we come to MSBC he WILL order them LOL! Our mimosas were delicious and I was surprised we were able to order them and take them outside. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather. I don’t know which was sweeter: the owner Michael and his hospitality or the scrumptious cinnamon biscuits that capped off our meal. Michael and my husband are both military veterans and shared stories about their time in the service. He is sooo personable and makes you feel like family. Oh and about those cinnamon biscuits, I actually thought, “I can’t eat anymore bread” but after one taste, i couldn’t believe it…it’s like a biscuit cinnamon roll! And yes I ate it. Yum!!!
