I was looking forward to trying this spot but was a bit disappointed. My sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit came out cold, and even after sending it back, it was only slightly warmer. I think the way items are stored makes it hard to keep them truly hot. Unfortunately, I was about an hour later, so my experience wasn’t what I had hoped.

First of all the food here is incredible BUT what will make me come back is the incredible service! Michael treated us like absolute royalty and went above and beyond for my family!

Great chocolate chip waffles and delicious toppings. Unfortunately, the hash bowl order did not have peppers or onions and only had bacon, potatoes, cheddar cheese and a few pieces of spinach. I would have liked to have the onions/peppers in the hash to break up the texture and flavor of the potatoes.

This was my 2nd time here & the food was just as good. The service is great as well. The place isn't super big inside, so there's not a ton of seating. There are tables outside so during the few months of pleasant outdoor Florida temperatures, it will be nice to dine outside. We will definitely be back, though.

They got my order wrong and I didn’t complain. It was busy so I ate what they gave me. Biscuits - delicious. Friend chicken - delicious. Not a fan of the maple syrup on it - was too thick. Kids had the sweet grace - and the farmer biscuit. Hubby had the retro plate and was very happy. Overall a great experience. Had I got the squawking goat I ordered I’m sure it would have been great.

This place sucks! The staff is so unorganized and rude. They also took two orders and put them together on the same plate and when someone was missing their order they said “oh it’s right there we just threw on that plate.” Like what? Do not waste your time or your money. My his and got steak tacos, more like beef jerky tacos. Pretty sure it was from yesterday and they cooked it again and burnt. The food is not good at all. You will have a better experience at McDonalds. The manager is very rude.

While staying at disney resort we decided to get out and try something else
We love maple street chicken and biscuits, have had it in multiple locations while on vacation in Florida, they have all been amazing food is always great! We came on Monday the staff was very friendly the young lady up front very sweet with everything i asked for extra plates and butter and always had a smile on her face, all the staff working that day honestly. We decided to come back Wednesday and let me say the older man at the register was very rude and unwelcoming the type of person who makes you wanna leave a place. I asked for a hot churro latte and he said we cant make it i said funny cuz i had one monday and he said well machine is not working today okay thats fine then our total was 87 and my husband gave him a $100 and he was jus huffing and puffing annoyed like are you that mad that you have to give $13 back in change
He needs to have a better attitude or hes gonna drive customers away specially returning ones like us
Everyone else was very sweet just not him
