Place was originally named Maggie Moos in Puerto Rico, seeing It here brings back many memories!
Luna was so friendly and made the entire experience so amazing! Will definitely be coming back 😊
This used to be our place to go when visiting family in Orlando for Years but since Covid the ice cream seems to have really took a turn for the worst cheap quality not very good…
Dont recommend would love to see them up there game & get great again as we really enjoyed this from children to adults
Came in with my daughter around 10:45 PM (they close at 11). I tried to order a regular-sized ice cream with a few mix-ins, but we noticed the mix-ins were already put away and the cold plate was off. I asked if we could still add M&M’s, but the girl servings the ice cream said they weren’t allowed to do mix-ins because they were “about to close.”
I didn’t make a fuss, but I was surprised we couldn’t order what we wanted simply because they were wrapping up early. We were still charged full price despite not getting the full experience. If the shop is open until 11, customers should receive full service until closing time.
Shiv was awesome to work with. Very friendly environment and of course the personalized quart to go's are my favorite go to!
They had one of my favorite cookies
I’ve been coming here for years, like 10+ years, I remember when there were numerous flavors to try, now there’s about 8-10 flavors. It’s shocking.
Tried their homemade mango ice cream,it was good.
Terrible place terrible area. One thing bout Waterford lakes is that this place area ain't a place for people to hang around at not for that. It'd just shopping eating and go leave. However the attitude and atmosphere in this area is absolutely pathetic food it's horrible employees I had never been to a area full of inexperienced and unprofessional businesses it's crazy. I reckon y'all folks don't even come to Waterford lakes go other places.
Went down in quality but up in prices.
Wow, I have been in love with their cheesecake ice cream since 2003. I just got back home with a quart size of cheesecake ice cream, I feel like I paid $20 for milk. Never again

So kind and helpful I placed an online order and they were kind enough to let me know they were out of something and offered to switch it for me. Thank you for reaching out and being so attentive <3

Friendly staff. The ice cream was okay. I tried the strawberry sundae, but it was a bit overwhelming with strawberry sauce. My boyfriend got pistachio and birthday cake ice cream; he said it was decent. We also tried the pumpkin and churro cookies; they were pretty good.

Disappointed with my experience here. The ordering flow is weird. They took my order with pen and paper, and yet they still had to ask what I ordered later on. The girl wrote down “WC“ for waffle cone, and the person feeling the order thought it was whipped cream lol. To make things worse, they didn’t sanitize their hands after handling the order and taking payment. The staff should wear gloves when handling food—it's basic hygiene On top of that, the portions were tiny for the price they charge—$15 for 2 small ice creams. Definitely not worth it.
