They have a faulty website and app. It charged me for my order but never sent the order to the restaurant. Now I’ll have to spend an hour dealing with my credit card company because after speaking with manager and two other people at the restaurant “there is nothing they can do” as they said. But then they reply to this review that they want to make it right after I send an email? Why not just fix it while I was on the phone with them? I ordered elsewhere. They’ve gone downhill.

Great service and delicious pizza. I had some pizza with a friend yesterday and I also liked the fact that they cut the pizza in Little squares. It is the first time I see a restaurant that cuts the Pizza like that. It is super convenient if you want to share.

Each Marco’s Pizza has there own taste, even if it’s the same company. Winter Springs is probably the best.
The thin crust very bad texture. The texture is like eating wood splinters. I guess their though has a problem. I asked for to go via web page. The medium pizza was sliced in squares??? Those guys also dont have a heater like little caesars. The pizza gets cold immediately.

Visiting Orlando and pizza was on the menu tonight! I like Marcos, we get it at the office, and it's always good, different county. Did not disappoint!! Ordered online, from the phone call to confirm pickup and the actual pickup. The woman (forget her name) at the front was courteous and gracious. Now the food! Delicious!!!! Orders correct and written on the boxes! Salad and chicken fresh!! That's how it's done folks!! Thanks to the crew! 8 )
