Order online and waiting was 20mins. After 20mins went to pick up my order. I payed and after waiting 10 more mins the cashier said they had a big order and they will be working with mine now and it will be ready in 20 mins. I thought it was a joke. I proceeded to cancel the order.

Back on Nov 24th, I placed an order for dinner via DoorDash. The site showed that it would be delivered in 25 minutes. When the order confirmation came in at 10:19pm, it was for a 40-60 minute delivery. I was OK with this as sometime the automated apps will have incorrect information, so this did not bother me much. The app showed the order was being prepared. After 45 minutes the app then stated that the order was completed and awaiting the driver for pickup.... then at 11:20 I received a notice that the order was being canceled because the store was closed!! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!

VERY frustrated with this Marco’s location. We’ve ordered multiple times and USUALLY never have a problem, but lately it’s been very hit or miss.
One time we ordered and the pizza was delivered to our neighbors house. Apparently the driver couldn’t tell which house was ours, and instead of calling us to confirm she just gave the pizza to the neighbors instead. We had to call to figure out where our pizza was, and that was what we were told.
Tonight, we placed an online order, didn’t think much of it. Estimated time of delivery was 5:25pm. It passed 6pm and we still had no food. WE had to call Marcos to figure out what was going on. After speaking with a worker there we found out the ovens were down. Ok…but why were we not contacted about this? Literally took our order AND payment online but we were NOT called, texted, etc about their ovens being down. WE had to take matters into our own hands and reach out even though the ovens being down was THEIR issue.
I do love Marcos pizza, but overall this location seems to be a shitshow.

I can't give this place 5 stars because it's still franchise pizza and not original authentic pizza. For the price this place rocks.. the pizza is pretty darn good. The staff is friendly and the food is made quickly. What else is there really... It's a quick way to eat and the prices are good.
They change the way of cook, they don’t make the pizza like before because of that I only give them 3 stars

Usually most takeout places be it pizza, Chinese or whatever there's very little room for interaction that would justify a review highlighting that. But I would be remiss if I did not highlight Maxwell from this location, he really seems to care and provides nothing less than excellent customer service. It is so rare this day and age that you go into a place like this and give a damn because you just want to punch in punch out and go home. To see somebody do the job the way I witness him doing the job handling customers myself included and just the level of attention the politeness in the communication and the tone of respect and appreciation it's just something that I noticed and I thought it was worth mentioning. Keep up the great work 👍
