Have tried to call in an order on numerous occasions. Always put on hold and no one ever picks up after that. Manager gave us a credit. Just called again to order a pizza and was left on hold all over again. Food is good can't seem to get a pizza, service is horrible!!! Going to order from another place now.

Now this is chain pizza done right. This pizza was fantastic. Best pizza I have had since leaving Ohio 3 months ago.I ordered the Ultimate Magnifico. It had 2 kinds of pepperoni and 2 kinds of sausage and was loaded with it. So much it was falling off the slice when I held it. Lots and lots of cheese. Plenty of sauce and the crust was outstanding. Just dont mind the lightning on the picture of the pizza. I took it at night in my car and it doesn't do it justice.

Love Marcos pizza! We buy pizza often from hunters creek location. Today was not the most pleasant experience. I would like to leave this review as to advise to provide a bit extra training for some of the employees on customer service, as I truly believe this is importantly thing! Kayla took my order and misspelled my name. When I came to the store to pickup pizza , pizza should have been ready as we came 30 min later and pizza was gonna be ready in 15. Kayla checked the tags and said our pizza was not out yet and asked to wait. Later to find out (after I came back to counter 10 min later) that all this time pizza was ready and my name was listed under the other incorrect spelled name. 10 min not a big deal. What bothered me is that she did not care.. did not care to check the tags well, did not care to listen initially on what my name was to look for it, and did not care to apologize later. Did not offer receipt. I would encourage the management to give her a bit more training on customer service. Thank you!!
Love their pizza. The 7.99 deal is a winner especially if you have a bigger family

Bro do not order a small pie unless your anorexic, as it will not even be enough for a 4 year old girl to eat , I went yesterday I called the girl said the pizza was 15 inches wide so I thought ok perfect small 15 inch not bad I get there she hands me a box the size of a microwave dinner bro 🤦♂️😭 $11 bucks rip off go to New York pizzeria and save yourself from this franchise nonsense the workers not educated on the brand clearly as she told me or as good for 4 people to eat the minute my dad saw the box he said I would have left it and not paid , the experience was so bad I’m even thinking about it today hince why I want to warn you before ordering they also lack the consistency they used to have five years ago sad and the small should be taken off menu

Ordered a pizza for delivery. They decided to use DoorDash to deliver it, unknown to me. I end up tipping them to make the pizza, having to tip the dasher too and to top it all the pizza was cold. $40 with tip for a large cold pizza. Terrible, never again.
