We order pizza maybe once or twice a month from Marco and have never been disappointed yet! It is delicious tasty & fast delivery

Pizza

The pizza was actually delicious and it arrived on time. The driver left it right on the little table by my front door, which was perfect.

But here’s the problem — and it’s a big one. The pizza boxes came completely unsealed. No sticker, no tape, no store seal, nothing. Just open boxes that anyone could’ve lifted or touched on the way from the store to my house. And honestly, when it’s food that’s freshly made, that’s unacceptable.

Every box containing food should have a store seal so customers know their order wasn’t opened or tampered with after leaving the restaurant. The fact that it didn’t is the reason I’m leaving only one star — and trust me, I’d leave zero if I could.

Marco’s Pizza needs to fix this immediately.

I arrived with my family to eat at 9:35 pm (the store says it closes at 11:00 pm). The manager told me I couldn't eat in the lobby because they had already cleaned. Although the pizzas are good, the service is bad. We had to eat in the street

No other customers when I arrived so a young man came up to the front desk from the back pretty quickly. He was a little low on personality and customer service. This is my first Marco's pizza so I was looking forward to trying it but it was really just average and the chunks of sausage were really too big. It would have been nice if they were chopped finer.

Me and my wife are in a strict diet and were excited to see that Marcos Pizza sold cauliflower pizzas. I ordered 3 pizzas in the app were they had medium pizzas at $6.99, the app allowed me to change to the small pizza instead with cauliflower for the same price. I received the pizzas and they were none done with cauliflower. I called the store and spoke with Jailene and she said that I made the mistake, I know I did not as I even have screenshots showing that I ordered small cauliflower pizzas but she was fast to dismiss me and said to order next time with them and that it was my mistake. Since I cannot eat this pizzas due to the diet I decided to call again to speak with the manager apparently named Destiny, who said that if I wanted the pizzas I needed to purchase them again and she even mocked me and my wife by laughing over the phone while we were explaining that we could not eat the pizzas. I am disgusted with the customer service and the lack of responsibility for what they are calling an apps mistake and the manager not caring to resolve the issue. I just wanted my cauliflower pizzas and had no issue returning the incorrect ones as we cannot eat them. Destiny if that is your real name I hope you see this and hopefully rethink the purpose of your job, you left a family without food tonight due to your lack of action and unneficiency. Customers should not have to repay due to an error in your company system.

These ppl sent a completely different order. I ordered thru uber eats n sent a doordash plus not even a phone number to contact them

I ordered the pizzas, and it turns out they never arrived, and it said the estimated time was 30 to 38 minutes and they never arrived.

and I called by phone, because they didn't arrive and they say it was closed, because if they can't receive my order they don't call me and they say we can't and that's it, so then when you order they ask for your phone number, and it's the first time I order there, and no more, get my money back.

Well done pizzas

The food is never bad, it's actually the best chain pizza place around. But the service here is going down hill fast! 45 minutes for two pizzas, a salad and a desert. They sent one pizza and the desert not even their delivery it came through door dash when we order through their website. Called to inform them and the best we got was we can get it there in about 30-40 minutes. So basically fluck this place never again
