This Marcos location has always been one of my favorite places to come and unfortunately the management team here has downgraded exponentially. The lead manager Alexis, come to find out initially made the experience horrible there, her attitude and unwillingness to resolve issues for customers is beyond me and everything that’s wrong with chain restaurants. She made a lot of smug faces and side comments to coworkers thinking i didn’t understand english due to my accent and i would not come back, the pizza was also cold anyways and whoever hired this woman needs to reconsider their position in management. There was also loud trap music very unprofessional.

i am absolutely disappointed as well as disgusted with my experience. i called ahead 30 minutes early and places my order. when i arrived i was told that they never got my order and i never spoke to anyone. i proceeded to call the store off my phone and it was in fact the right store as well as the time stamp on the original phone call. they then begin apologizing saying there so sorry for the inconvenience and offer me 50% off. then they take $3 off my $30 total and i say “hey sorry but unfortunately this isn’t 50% and you guys told me 50%”. so the manger comes back and messes with the computer. ends up taking off another $5 and i just don’t even say anything at this point because we are starving and the discount isn’t make or break for me. i then go sit at the tables to wait and notice on the receipt that there was pepperoni on both pizzas when i had only ordered pepperoni on one. i went back up to the desk to ask if it was a error on the receipt or not. she proceeds to tell me that there already in the oven with pepperoni and she’s sorry about that. she offers to take the pizza out of the oven and take off the pepperoni and i said no it’s totally fine i will just take them off when we get home no big deal. because at this point i just want the food and to eat. i then watch the cashier go to the back and put a glove on her right hand. take the pizza out of the oven and take the pepperoni off with her ungloved left hand. no hand wash or anything. i then canceled my order. i told them i was not comfortable eating here after seeing that and they proceeded to argue with me saying she had gloves on when the back is completely open and i watched her take them off with her nails. absolutely disgusting.

My fiancée and I ordered delivery last night and the service we received was phenomenal. The pizza was fresh and hot and delivered with great care. Our kids and dogs were running in and out of the door while I was trying to grab the boxes and the girl saw it was a mad house and offered to bring it in and set it on the table. She also let us know our Amazon package had arrived and set it inside for us as well. She was extremely patient, saying hello to the kids and petting the dogs. Just all around great customer service and very friendly. I didn't catch her name but she drives a red Nissan and has red hair. It's a stressful situation trying to answer the door with kids and dogs and she made it much easier. I'm a Marcos fan for life now.

I walked in and had a bit of frustration with a previous order. But the new general manager Julian was so sweat and really helped me out. Heard my concerns and made the situation right. And finally I leave with the correct order. I wasn’t really going to return to this location because it never fails on messing up my order but the new staff is awesome and management seems to be doing something right! I hope it continues.
Ordered a cheese steak sub and it barely had anything in it. The steak was almost non-existent and there was maybe 2 mushrooms and very little cheese. I’m not sure what has happened to Marco’s in Lake Nona because the quality of food just isn’t there anymore. They have definitely lost me as a customer.

Ordered veggie pizza w/o cheese and received an absolutely beautiful looking pizza that tasted so delicious! The pizza I got tonight absolutely beat the pants off a lot of the high-end pizzas that I absolutely overpaid for. I also order another pizza with an allergy involved and they(staff) were so attentive to it and didn't roll their eyes when I ordered it. Alanna took my order and she was so very kind and helpful and all of the employees that I interacted with tonight were beyond kind and professional. The ingredients tasted very fresh and the crust was perfectly delicious 👌 ....tonight's (Friday 4/11/25) whole experience totally exceeded my expectations. Very clean store. Very nice staff. Very excellent pizzas.

Thank God for this superior leveled threat to Papa John's existence. I think some day Marco will pass Papa John's oh what they already did. Anyway, I love Marco's pizza. I can really taste every last piece of love put into their pizzas. That pepperoni that perfect crunch, and that dough is freshly made. I love Marco's, and it'll never change.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. It was overcooked, like it was sitting there and just cooked it again when someone ordered. Bit into it, didn't have a fresh out the oven taste, even after putting parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Disappointed, could have just ordered a frozen pizza then.
