I definitely should have read the reviews before I ordered 😂 who’s keeping this place in business ?! because it’s literally trash ! I’m not even from Florida but this has got to be the worst place to order from, such a waist of money. I mean the girl who took my order was nice but that’s about it lol really false advertisement. On the box it says your gonna love this but your actually gonna hate it 😕
The store is very clean and the employees are so helpful and mindful and I will always appreciate that great services outstanding they go above to make u happy

Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago DELIVERY, order got canceled. No text or call. I had to figure it out myself by checking the app. I called them for 30 min straight with no answer. I had to go down there to figure it out and get a refund. They said nothing nor offered any copensation. No pizza and have to wait 5 days for a refund. BAD BUSINESS.
Just waited in the restaurant for 15 minutes and was acknowledged by an employee twice and no one took our order. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Very sad.

I ordered from this location yesterday. When I arrived to pick up my order at the promised time, my food wasn't even in the oven. No apologies were given by the staff. I had to wait around for another 10 minutes while they made my food. When I got home my meatball sub was ice cold in the center and my medium spicy sausage and peppers pizza had 2 pieces of sausage on it! This is the worst service I've ever received from Marco's and it will be the last. I'll never order from them again.

I recently ordered a firey Pepperoni pizza from here and wow was it spicy! They say it's firey, they are not kidding. This pizza is definitely unique and mouthwatering. I got some Ranch on the side (which I didn't have to pay extra for)
I ordered online and the site is easy to navigate so no issues there. I walked in and wasn't greeted right away which is why the service was knocked down a bit but no big deal, I understand they get busy.
I paid for my order and asked for some paper plates and they were happy to accommodate. I received my pizza and as I said it was delicious ?
Overall, this location has some delicious food and decent customer service. Always room for improvement though. Thank you Marco's

Employees works with slides, no socks on, they also go in the back and smoke weed and with no shirt, place should be shut down, its ridiculous, a businees should not be run by a bunch of high schoolers.

I've ordered from Marco's other locations plenty, but not this location very often. I'm not sure what the circumstances behind only having 1 driver on a saturday were, but I waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas to be delivered 3 miles. Order time 10:09pm, I recieved them at 12:05am. Regardless of having one driver, nobody attempted to inform me there would be a delay beyond the initial quoted time, a call would jave been great and maybe I would have just come pick it up myself. I called at 11:25 and was put on hold immediately, then told my order was picked up 2 minutes ago, only to be notified via text 5 minutes later from doordash that my order was JUST accepted by a driver.
Obviously the food was cold, but double points for it not being cut all the way so I still had to recook and cut.
Definitely cant suggest ordering from the Goldenrod Marco's night shift anytime soon

Ordered 2 orders or wings at 9:06 pm online. Estimated delivery time was 9:36. I called at 9:50 because it had not arrived and a gentleman answered. When I told him I was waiting on wings he said they were on their way without even asking my name. I asked how long and he said 10 minutes. Again I asked how he knew and he said he will call the driver and hung up on me. I called again at 10:35 and got another employee. She said she was going to check on my order. When she came back she said they were coming out of the over now because they were backed up on orders. I got very upset and told her that someone told me they were already on their way and I wanted to speak to a manager. She put me on hold again and came back and said the manager advised her to give me a full refund and send the wings out anyway. When I asked her to speak to the manager she said hold on and hung up on me. At that point someone came to my door and delivered 2 boxes of "wings". I asked him why it took 1 hour and he said he picked them up 7 minutes ago. He told me to call them if I had an issue and let them know. I told him that I understood it was not his fault. I opened the boxes and one of them had 12 tiny pieces of dried up popcorn chicken. The other one had 6 chicken wings and 2 boneless chicken wings. I called back and immediately asked for a manager. She told me that there was no manager and that she had spoken to her on the phone when I called earlier. I asked why all of the lies about the wings and she just told me that I ordered at 10:18. I asked her to speak to the gentleman that had lied to me earlier and she put him on the phone. He asked me what I wanted. When I asked why he lied to me he said that there were 2 orders of wings at the store and he figured one of them was mine. Then he said that they ran out of wings and that's why I did not get wings. I told him that he could have called and informed the customer of that instead of lying to me. He asked what I wanted. I told him it was too late, everyone went to sleep without eating. All I wanted was a refund. All of the employees were unprofessional except for the driver. I'm disgusted at the customer service and will be writing an email to the manager as well. That is, if they gave me the correct email address. I can't believe that there was no manager on duty on a Friday night. I am very disappointed and will never recommend this place to anyone.
