The customer service was great, but I ended up buying two of the pizzolis. Both were uncooked and the dough was still RAW. Never again am i ever eating at a marcos. That’s disgusting and unsafe!

EW!!! I have been shopping at this place for several years, it was my favorite pizza place until today. But now it makes me sick to go back there. I ordered a pizza to pick up and I ordered it with double pineapple. First, when I arrived at the place, the pizza did not have double pineapple and I told him that I had paid for double pineapple so please add it to me. The boy who also looked like he was barely getting out of bed, in flip flops and socks, left with my two pizzas and in front of me took the pineapples with his dirty hands without putting on gloves and added them to the two pizzas, how disgusting. I asked to speak to the manager and a super young girl came out who said she was the manager and when I told her what happened, all she did was look shocked and smile. I didn't even receive an apology from the manager and that employee. Obviously I didn't receive those pizzas. From now on after this, every time I order a pizza or any other food delivery anywhere else that disgusting image will come back to my head. I can’t believe I order delivery at least 3 or more times a week and today and yesterday I ordered an extra large cheese double sauce and both pizzas were cooked terrible! I don’t always complain about the wait but waiting is acceptable if the pizza comes well made! Please do better! I will not stop ordering! Just want what we order to be consistently well made! I came into this Marco pizza right here on Goldenrod. I was told 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and the kids here must run the place because they wore hats but there hair was sticking all out no hair Net and was told by the owner they don’t have to wear gloves. It’s not necessary.

Good luck ordering pizza and it arriving on time! What a joke! Several times I’ve placed an order here and they will claim they have 1 driver. If that’s the case then call or reach out to me instead of me sitting here for 2+ hours. This location is a complete disaster.

The food took over an hour to be delivered to a place that was 8 mins away, 1.5 miles away from location. I called a few times just because I didn't know how they delivered to hotels that call took 10 mins. It kept putting me on hold with no one answering the call. I called back multiple times before some answered my call. They also kept picking up and then putting me back on hold little do they know their customers can hear the other line ringing and them talking I called again to see why my delivery was talking so long another 10 min wait for the girl to tell me I told her to deliver 164 first my order was 168 so 20 more mins and finally she arrived to tell me sorry. Oh and I ordered 20 ounces because we are in a hotel and leaving tmrw at 6am and they don't have them so I got two liters literally worse place ever for a visitor they should do better and have better customer service!
The service is always awesome. However, the pizza was terrible today, Dec 6, 2023 (receipt attached)!!! The pizza was limp, there was wax paper underneath my pizza in the box and it was very wet. The crust didn't look, taste or even feel the same as it usually does. I know there's a new GM for this store and since he took over the food got so much better, until today. It was horrible! What's going on? Are you buying inferior ingredients? Are you using spoiled ingredients? Something is not right. I used to get Marco's pizza from a location in North Ridgeville, OH for about 14 years and their food was consistently delicious ALL the time. Why isn't this location the same??

It's great pizza for delivery. I always order pepperoni and mushrooms half and half . It's crispy and salty enough. .The price is amazing. X large size only $25 with 20% of tip. The other bremd of pizza was getting sick . But I'm still liking this pizza for more than 1 year. You should try it.
