I placed an order on uber eats and called in to see if they could make my pizza half cheese and half pep and bacon mind you I paid for the bacon and pep on the order to begin with and this dude that didn’t even speak English picked up the phone and told me that I would have to call uber to change it and I told him like i just placed the order is there anyway he could please make it half cheese and he refused and told me the pizza was already made but i had just placed it like 3 mins ago… i let him know that I just placed the order so how could it be made that quick he got mad and stated i called him a liar and hung up on my face. Very bad costumer service that Indian dude whoever he is needs to be fired! He said he was the manager if he was even telling the truth.

Terrible delivery. They use door dash and delivery driver was rude after she texted me saying there’s an accident I won’t be there for a half hour. Funny I live 10 minutes away from the restaurant. Needless to say… my food was an hour late. It was cold so I was very disappointed. This happened 2 times before. I called and complained and the person on the phone told me it was door dashes problem. Very on reliable and unprofessional. Marcos hired door dash wouldn’t that mean that it’s their problem?

I can’t even rate this Marco‘s Pizza! They have the worst service. We waited an hour and a half for a pizza that never arrived at our house so I had to drive all the way down to the Marcos to get my money back. This is a terrible pizza place. The manager did not even give us the pizza after waiting an hour and a half for free. So I had to come back and get my money back and get lunch for a party that we are having at our house. They are the worst.

The triple pepperoni pizza was great, this really should be a 4.5 but I have to give one critique...more sauce and cheese would have helped balance it a bit better. Other than that, it was super yummy and we enjoyed it immensely in our hotel after a long day at the parks.

My daughter got fire on her day OFF, because she demanded her check on her payday. Her Manager Vishal was telling her since paperwork was not submitted on time, must wait until next pay period a month later. Until he was confronted that’s illegal, and we advise him of which law it is. He stated after Ok she wants her check come get it Mon/ Tues, but tell her she fire. Very unprofessional had no legitimately reason to fire her.

Spectacular, the attention was very excellent and the fast service was very correct, everything I ordered was exactly right, the pizza was cooked and crispy toasted excellent thanks to the lady in charge, her name is Nejla, very good at her job and fast, thank you very much everything was excellent
