The bartender Diego and Kat give very bad service, is it because I'm Latino? They left a lot to be desired and really for the reputation that Margaritaville has it was terrible. I'm not coming back

Generally would say that I love the way the place looked like. When the live band wasn't there, the speakers on the ceiling felt pretty outdated. The liveband made it kind of hard to really hear the person on the other side depending on where your table is from the speakers and we weren't even that close. The food took quite a while to come out especially considerring that people that got seated behind us after we ordered had their coming out before our appetizers did. I'd say the food was my biggest turn off as it was really dry from one side to another for my dish. I would say that margaritas are overpriced by at least $3 or so. Although I understand the need for markups being close to Universal, they really just felt underwhelming for a place with margarita in it's name. They have a nice giftshop on a side if it's up your alley.

Dietary restrictions: They're really good about asking about allergies and mentioning it several times.

Parking: You have to pay to go to citywalk so that's $32 if you'd like to dine here.

Kid-friendliness: Really good about having kids around. They had people making balloon hats, and we're really good about it.

Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ramp. Have elevator for different floors. ADA compliant building.

After 2 days of the most bland meals and disappointing dining experiences at Cabana Bay and the Universal parks, I am BAFFLED by how amazing my experience at this Margaritaville was. The food was incredible and Sean provided the most amazing margs & the best service. God bless Sean, God bless Margaritaville!

Really wanted a cold drink and a snack. I relayed this to the hostess. I understood that we could sit in the bar area. Having my kid who was under 21 I didn’t think sitting at the bar was legal. Honestly that would have been my preference. We sat at a table next to another table full of people. We were completely ignored for 15 minutes. I got up to leave and talk to the hostess about being consistently overlooked. She said I was told to sit at the bar. Again, thought that was illegal. But really why couldn’t the server just ask us if we checked in with the front. I get that there are a lot of entitled nasty people coming in but it was an honest mistake on my end and I would have corrected my mistake happily if the server would have let me know. Just disappointed to be treated so poorly when I try to always be respectful of people.

We chose Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville for the final meal of our holiday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The lively music, laid-back island vibe, and delicious food made it a standout experience. It easily tops other spots like Hard Rock or Bubba Gump, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend, especially since you can conveniently reserve a table online!

I’ll preface this by saying I know how busy resort restaurants are. We actually ended up here because every other place had a 45+ minute wait and we were starving. The atmosphere is fun, but don’t expect to talk if you’re anywhere near the stage. Everything started fine, orders were accurate, (a miracle considering we had to shout) margaritas were great. The food was bland. I would expect at least a passing Cubano in Florida, but it was like stale Subway. Our server completely vanished for 30 minutes, and I don’t exaggerate when I say he came back stoned. I mean your break is your time, but at least have someone else fill in. The restaurant had begun to empty out and was no longer busy, but I had to chase someone down for refills and the check. Bottom line, go for the music, drinks, atmosphere and gift shop, bag the food. Great place for the adults to get drunk and pretend it’s Key West. Not worth it otherwise.

Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly. The theme is getting drunk on a beach after all.

Where to start .. I had the Cuban sandwich and requested no pickles . It arrived and tasted like pickles and fries were cold and bland. Waitress came back and replaced it and it tasted no better. The service was good but my order was horrible. Meal cost me in total with a soda and beer $60 USD and I didn't even eat half of it.

We waited an hour before getting our food. I got the limonade and it tasted like water. The water was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like chlorine. The tables are wobbling everytime we move. I am disappointed

This was my third Margaritaville I’ve visited, each one in a different state. This one was by far the best one. The server was great. Drinks were priced well and weren’t skimpy on the alcohol. Food was amazing. I got the Blacken salmon. Some of the best salmon I’ve ever had.

Well, I wanted a cheeseburger and a margarita. It was excellent! That's a good cheeseburger, what else could you ask for!

Service was great as well. My first trip to a Margaritaville, but definitely not my last. This might be my favorite Citywalk spot when you figure price and quality.

Worth it!

A very nice place, with a lot of good vibes, good music, good atmosphere and well-moving.
Only the price of the beer is a little expensive: Budlight $9.95.

I don't know what was worse....the leaking roof that was dripping next to my food or the food itself. I ordered the jambalaya, and the rice was hard and undercooked. My Sister ordered Crab cake sandwich and was super dry and cold. Neither of us finished our food. Service wasn't much better... we weren't greeted when we sat down. Couldn't even get a simple water refill. Only thing keeping this review from 1 star was the manager. Way overpriced for basic food, even for universal. You're basically paying for atmosphere here. If you want good food for basically the same price you're better off going to Big Fire. Won't be going back to margaritaville.
