Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

I ordered the Volcano Nachos, which turned out to be more “Volcano Drought” — tasty enough but definitely in need of a sour cream rescue team. My husband ordered his burger without the special sauce, so naturally it arrived looking like it just finished a sauce spa treatment. To be fair, the waiter replaced it quickly once alerted.

The place was packed with about an hour wait, so our server was clearly living his best “Olympic juggling” life — unfortunately, water refills did not make the rotation, and our cups sat empty like forgotten desert cacti. The hostess, however, was a ray of sunshine and got us checked in fast. Prices were pretty much what you'd expect: not shocking, but not a bargain either.

Overall: fun vibe, decent food once it’s right, and bring your own water backup just in case!

We are a big fan of Margaritaville and have been to several around the world in the United States and also tropical locations. But this one is probably exactly as all of the reviews describe. The Atmosphere is fun, the servers are very friendly, but the food comes out extremely slow, it took almost an hour to get food when the place was not even busy at all. It’s hard to understand how they can be so slow. The blackened salmon fillet was about the size of half a pop tart. It was almost funny. The lava shrimp was pretty tasty, but the blackened chicken pasta was fairly middle of the road. Just be prepared for an overall mediocre experience. Oh yes, with Orlando prices!

We had an amazing experience at Margaritaville thanks to our wonderful waitress and Chef Javier. Our waitress Sarah went above and beyond when I mentioned my girlfriend has a sensitivity to garlic. She immediately spoke with the chef, and to my surprise, Chef Javier personally came out to our table to talk her through the menu. He took the time to explain which dishes contained a lot of garlic and which ones didn’t, then helped her choose something safe that I would still really enjoy.

He even brought out a sauce for her to try first, just to make sure it wouldn’t bother her and then personally delivered her meal himself! It was such a thoughtful, genuine touch that you rarely see anymore.

The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the care and attention from both our waitress and Chef Javier. This was hands-down the best service we’ve ever had, and we’ll absolutely be coming back every single trip. Huge thank you to the entire team at Margaritaville for making our visit so special!

Their brunch buffet is full of variety.

Food was delicious! A bit slow serving the drinks because they had to go get them from the bar at the GF. But i had a good experiencr.. show was not special but i was in a good mood and appreciated!

AMAZING!! Fish tacos, shrimp and grits chicken quesadilla, all 3 were PREMO. SO GOOOD. The service was great, the 22oz Blackberry Margarita was on point. whoever come back to Orlando universal we'll eat here again.

The food came out on nice plates.

Margaritaville always gets the job done for us. The usual island themed atmosphere with good food and drinks. Service can be hit or miss, but we love sharing the volcano nachos and grabbing a Landshark after a long day in the park.

Not my favourite Margaritaville location at all. Our table was sticky and my utensils were dirty. Our waitress was nice but clearly undersupported by her team and overwhelmed. The food was also not great and we waited an HOUR for it to come out. Not coming back to this location, especially when City Walk has so many other options.

AMADO WAS AMAZING!! His enthusiasm , and customer service skills were top notch! He always checked up on us and he helped us tremendously with choosing what to eat , as we were coming for a quick bite after a long day of walking around the park! Me, my Mom and My boyfriend all enjoyed him and would love to be serviced by him again in the future!! ☺️👏🏾

The ice cream was creamy.

The food was amazing. The drinks were amazing. And the staff was so fun and professional! I went back 2 more times throughout my trip. Best restaurant ever
