Just wanted to share a bad experience I had when I went on a Monday at 11 am. I used to be a regular at this place but since moved. I was extremely disappointed by the way my friend and I were treated. There was a man there who opened the door and said " we are not opened yet because we are working on a big order" he said it would only be about 15 minutes wait. He locked the door and walked away leaving us outside to wait. We decided to wait but after 20 minutes we realized he was not going to return and disregarded us. We decided to leave to another restaurant. I was so disappointed because I was bringing my friend there so she could try the great food. On top of driving 30 minutes to have a nice lunch with my friend at a spot I enjoy. I will sadly never return after that experience. He could have at least allowed us to wait inside or at least acknowledged us. They could have placed a sign outside stating they would not be opening as normally. Very disappointed.

Marita's is supposed to open at 11am. We got there at 10:55. At 11am they opened the door and said they were working on an order. They kept the door locked and did not let us in. At 11:20 I knocked on the door, no one came so we left and went somewhere else to eat. They should have let us in and we would not have minded waiting but instead they ignored us. Bad customer service!

The food is always great and so is the service! One of my favorite places to eat in Orlando.
We had the salmon and a trio bowl. The trio bowl is steak, chicken, and shrimp. These bowls were soo good. And it is larger amount of food. They were not cheap on the protein, which I appreciated. The restaurant is very clean and the man that took our order was very nice. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
They recommend the place, clean the Menu accessible and when got my food Hot, great fresh taste. RECOMMEND 100%

Holy smokes! My husband once had this catered at a work event and raved so we brought the family in (ages 8-18) and we were all dying over how delicious everything was! And then the desserts had us licking our plates (sorry not sorry)! My kids are picky and this was a total home run! Hidden gem!

I came here and I swear I like the food but to charge me twice for the same thing we just ordered is crazy to me… and to have no other choice cause I needed to hurry up and get back to work was frustrating af. They just need to get it together and this place will succeed beyond their wildest expectations
