I just found out about this place last Friday and called to ask what they had available. When I arrived on Monday, the owners remembered me from my phone call! They are great people, making show I knew exactly how to prepare the pasta I was buying. (The tiramisu that I also bought required no special instructions ?).
My wife and I ate it the same night. She grew up in Italy and told me food I bought had tastes that she remembered from the food in Italy but American made Italian food lacks.
So, to sum up, this place is excellent and the pasta is great. Definitely buy your pasta here if you can.
