My boyfriend and I have never been in Orlando before and decided to try this place out, our server Zuzu (Zunilda) did nothing but take care of us and give us the BEST service we’ve had in a while! Highly recommend asking for her! Food was amazing a must try for sure!

Our server Zuzu (Zunilda) was the perfect server as it was our first stay at the Hyatt hotel. She was fun and made us feel very comfortable, if you ever see her please give her some love! You truly won't regret it!! And the food was to die for!!

Just stayed on a 4 day business trip and ate at McCoys frequently. The entire staff, morning and night shift were wonderful. Quanda especially in the morning was an absolute delight and I was happy to have as my waitress everyday. She is a breath of fresh air in this crazy world we live in. The breakfast buffet in the morning is wonderful and for dinner I recommend the fish and chips or the Chimichurri Steak! Both were great options!

We had to leave; slow Hosting process (although friendly) to sit you. Three Hosts but arguing about table assignments. Once sat at table, Server took sweet time to come (with 1/3 of tables vacant). Once took order (appetizers and main courses) she disappeared. After a long time, we asked about our food and she gave us an attitude; we stood up and left. On way out complained to Manager and she just said they are busy (with many tables empty!).What a disaster of an airport restaurant. Went to Romano’s Macaroni Grill and Hostess and server were exceptionally efficient and friendly. Too much staff with poor attitudes at McCoy’s

Judy was our waitress and she was a wonderful girl. Her service was excellent. I had the chicken wings. They were fantastic and Jason had fish and chips also excellent! If you're at the Orlando airport and need a nice bite to eat in a nice place, stop at McCoy's. It's located on the 4th floor right in the Hyatt hotel ,from the main centrum before you walk into A or B security.

This place was a fantastic break from the loud and chaotic airport! My flight was really delayed, so I was excited to find this place to hang out for a while. The food was of ok quality, but the quiet and relaxed atmosphere makes up for it. My service was awesome too, which made my experience that much better.

Am I at the Hyatt or a 1978 knights inn. The service sucked at 10:00 on a Wed. night. The ceiling is gross with stains and cracks. Really cheap Home Depot ceiling fans. Hyatt prices and Kmart service.

The service was above and beyond. Perhaps the best we've ever received. The atmosphere was nice and the place was clean. Unfortunately, the food just did not match up to the service, the atmosphere or the prices. It was more doctored up Applebees than fine dining. I do recommend the crawfish chowder though.
