This location is lovely! The employees are delightful and kind. I came a couple of times to buy the BTS Tiny Tan toys and both times they were so nice and helped me find the specific toys I was looking for. The place has good vibes.
They also have chocolate soft serve which Iāve never seen at a McDonaldās before, so that was a fun surprise!

I had a horrible experience at the location. The person that was running the window was mad rude. The manager was really rude. I will never go there again and itās all how you talk to people.

Only thing I can say. Is donāt advertise to be a 24 hour drive thru and keep it on your listing and signage at the restaurant. If you donāt staff the restaurant overnight. It is very frustrating when you are advertising you are open but are closed. Canāt speak for the food or service otherwise because nobody was there to serve food during supposed operating hours

The only reason I donāt give a star is the service. I feel bad giving 2 stars considering they were very nice. I donāt usually eat Mc Donaldās, stoped to drop my rental and I decided to get a bite. I ordered chicken tenders and it was a bad choice. The oil was coming out of them and the color was dark brow, no way to eat that. It looked like they reheated or idk why it looked like that. They offered to change it but I was already On my way to the exit. Never again

I ordered through the drive tru 1 Mc chicken sandwich and 2 Mc doubles with sauces. When I got home the chicken sandwich was missing and also the sauces. I was not very happy

Iesha at the drive through window was so rude and lacked customer service skills. I was a bit far from the window and she was like yeah youāre gonna have to come out of your car with an attitude. First off you could have either told me drive up and bring it to the door since the employee behind you was just standing there staring and chilling. Or you could have told me to re adjust the car which I was willing to do.
