I always come to this McDonald's because it is close to my house but this time the experience with the manager on duty was horrible, poor guys who have to work with her, she treated an employee badly in front of all the customers who were there, Then my husband went to ask him something and I treated him very rudely. I think he should stay at home if he doesn't know how to deal with the public.

It breaks my heart to see how this McDonald went down in customer service. That used to be one of my favorite places to go with the kids. But now it’s a different story. I stopped by there few times before going to work in the morning. Employees are rude . Very disrespectful. You have to keep repeating to them what you want because they don’t pay attention at anything. I talked to one of the managers there two days ago and he was just rude as his employees. Next time I will collect names and go straight to corporate

Jan.5, 2024-I happened to stop by this McDonald’s Narcoossee restaurant for a quick bite before jumping back on 528.My time is limited but I just had to do this review about how clean the restaurant was. It’s about 3:30 in the evening and I just couldn’t walk out without pointing it out to the manager (Brianna) who is super sweet and professional.Brianna you’re a testament to what a manager of a restaurant chain should be.Congratulations!!

Location isn’t awful. The drive thru allows for petty competition among patrons. This should be fixed if possible. The food was on par with other McDonald’s. Not too much to say.
