I have tried to redeem this McDonald's for myself a handful of times. No longer will I be going to this McDonald's. The staff is always rude to me in front my family and gets orders wrong always. The best McDonald's on Semoran is a little further down the road closer to the airport. Always friendly and gets my order correct. I left the drive through in the middle of my order and promptly drove to that one. That will be my go to when I'm in the mood for McDonald's.

I went to eat at this place in the morning to have breakfast before work and everything was fine until they went to give me the food. There was this guy with dark glasses working without enthusiasm and throwing the food on the table as if my food was garbage. He forgot things and didn't give me my complete order. Terrible service. And if they're paying you, boy, try to at least do things with a good attitude.

This places is a disaster, manager and should be fired. Very poor team here, not responding to their counter customers. I waited 10 mins for a refill. On 1/18/2025 with the manager and team not looking up. Time around 3pm. Several people upset too….

Had a horrible experience this morning. I am a person that does not use the kiosk and expects to get great customer service. This did not occur. The manager on duty forced me to order on the kiosk "because she was there alone..." This was not true. She might have been the only person working the front drive thru and the front counter but there was no one in drive thru and still. She spoke to another employee in Spanish disrespecting and talking trash but little did she know that I understand Spanish. I might look Caucasian but I am not. Needless to say, my family and I will not be going to this McDonalds every again. They just lost a customer with a big mouth. If I could run both drive thru and front counter by myself when I worked at McDonalds years ago then I know that this manager could of helped me when she did not have anyone else to assist. What if I was blind or had no arms... what would she have done then??? This is truly disappointing. Where has customer service gone???

I place an order over the app for drive thru pick up. After 15 minutes I was still behind 3 cars waiting to check my order in. I decided instead I will get out and pick up in store. Once in store the "manager" with long hair and glasses refused to check in my order. And when I expressed my displeasure he said I can get a refund and leave. This gentleman refused to provide his name nor wear his hair net correctly, his headset was also on his shoulders instead of his head. After reading several reviews I realized this guy does not care about his job at all and as a customer who spends hundreds of dollars a month with McDonalds I will be taking my business to the other 2 locations down on Semoran until this manager is removed. Can't be by coincidence that this many people have had a run in with this guy.

Don't go! Disgusting. The staff is standing around and not making orders. They have piles of cars they send to park waiting for their food. It's horrible. I waited 30 minutes after paying. They didn't bring my food. I go in and no one is making food and they are sitting around drinking McDonald's drinks. The manager was laughing at the fact I hadn't got my food. I got a refund. I have never had this experience at any McDonald's before. It dirty in there as well. Imagine the worst fast food restaurant in a movie. That's how bad it is.
