Waited in the drive thru for over 40min. Insane. Definitely would not return. I’ve experienced some bad McDonald’s before but this takes the cake. There are 3 other ones that we passed before this one, try a different one and save your time!

I really don’t write reviews but, Girl with blue hair literally rolled her eyes just for asking for sauce she didnt even try to fake it her attitude was horrible both window and cash if they dont want to work they can literally just say that don’t ruin others peoples day just because theirs isnt going well im disappointed with the employees

Every time I visit this location, the team looks miserable and uninterested in being there. The customer service feels cold, as if customers have done something wrong just by showing up. No one smiles, the service is slow, and the people on drive-thru sound pushy instead of respectful. It seems like the employees need better support, higher pay, and stronger management because the whole environment feels chaotic.

My husband and I went through the drive thru. When we got home my husband went to eat his quarter pounder with cheese. The bun was extremely hard and the burger was literally burnt. The patty was honestly black. Not the quality you expect for the price they charge.

This place is awful. The staff is unresponsive, customer service is terrible, the food is disgusting, and the place is filthy. They don't even give you what you order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

Consistently bad. They have to keep their drive thru times low by making you park and wait. Even then, after waiting a really long time, your order is still inevitably missing something.

To THE OWNER OF THIS BRANCH,I don't know what you think about YOUR STAFF BUT THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY LAZY ONES..THE ONLY THING THEY DO IS BEEN IN THE FREAKING PHONE..NO RESPECT FOR THE COSTUMERS,NO EYE CONTACT,NO APOLOGIES TO BEEN LATE WITH THE FOOD,EVERY TIME YOU GO THERE IS PEOPLE WAITING ON THE FOOD,,JUST BECAUSE THEY LIKE TO BE LAZY.. WHILE AGO , EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE YOUNG PEOPLE WORKING AT THAT MCDONALD'S,THERE WAS RESPECT TOWARDS THE COSTUMER...THEY WORKED HSRDY,THERE WAS DIFFERENT ATMOSPHERE..PAY ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER MR OWNER,IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS RUNNING AT ALL THE TIMES YOU NEED TO HAVE SERIOUS PEOPLE..WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR JOBS,AND ALSO ABOUT THE COSTUMERS.. Food is overall fresh each time but the employees have nasty attitudes. For most part they be closing mad early I just came, there was one car on drive thru they would not take my order would only “ accept online or uber “ yet it’s 10 pm & it’s a 24 hour McDonald’s smh.

They only cater to DoorDash and uber during late hours. Ordered through the app and was told I would be refunded in 3 days. Just turn off online ordering if you can’t handle it. Management and employees not capable or equipped to be running the store. Terrible experience every single time I come.
