Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I have ever been in, so unbelievably slow

They have a big banner inside about discount $3,50 in each frappe but when was time to buy it nobody knows about that, manager looks like he doesn’t care, and told to the employee that was attending me that this is lie, super bad service is sad bc my kids love mc Donald but only for the worst costumer service in this place I will not return again!!! Nobody is attending at front desk you need to wait a lot and almost go inside the kitchen to let them know that someone want to pay!!!

I would give less than one star if I could. All the employees HATE HELPING CUSTOMERS. you can't ask for extra sauce they will charge you for items then say they don't have them and tell you to call customer service when you try to get a refund. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I have never been treated so horribly and I work across the street. Yes in visible uniform. Makes no difference. Worst location I have experienced and this is my first bad review I have ever written.... I was going to leave another review but I'm just editing this original one that I made if you read this be very careful leaving a review I work across the street and somehow they've recognized that I'm the one that left the review and now they purposely get my order wrong I had to wait an hour and 15 minutes for two snack wraps and french fries and I know it's because of the review I left Also I have pictures of how they give me my fries now very cold and you can tell that they either threw them on the ground first or something I'm not sure I'll post a picture

the workers here are extremely rude! The manager Kayshla is just absolutely unprofessional! They spoke about me in spanish not knowing i could understand them completely! They got my ordered wrong and argued with me about it. I asked for a refund they ignored me and continued to work! After asking multiple times they handed me cash,didn’t even look at me in the face and when i asked for the lady’s name she ignored me and walked away! Just blows my mind how these people are so rude for no reason at all! Their poor work ethic is exactly why they are stuck at their dead end jobs!
I came at 4:08 AM online it says it’s 24 hours but while visiting the restaurant someone on the intercom will say they’re closed when they are in fact open

I bought a hot coffee from this location it was taste like a water.
I sadly came back here, I tried to use the driver to order, the guy is unpleasant for customer service, if you don't want to work, don't work and that's it, I had to go inside the restaurant, I DID NOT WANT TO GET OUT OF MY CAR!!! The guy who brought me the food almost dropped it with the strap and dragged himself to the table, thanks him and very atypical, even so, here I leave a photo of an old opinion of mine, why can't you leave more than one opinion?

Stood at the counter for more than 20 minutes before I was noticed. Had a mobile order once I received my order. The tea tasted disgusting. The fries were old and barely warm, and the burger wasn’t much better. Not too impressed with this location.

Now I understand you're three and a half stars actually it should be less I went there this morning just to get a large cup of coffee one creamer eight sugars and it took them almost 30 minutes to assist me and then when I ask for a refund because I was frustrated The manager continued to work on the drive-thru orders and made me wait a little bit longer. Then she came to the counter with the nasty very unprofessional disposition.
It was great thanks to one of the employees who took care of my order
