waited 1 full hour for my order 292 at 10:30 on this december 27nd , until 11:30pm and they ignored me when i would try and talk to them. i have honestly never been treated like this , cops already watch a few people that work here i would trust anyone with my food here at all

I always ask for extra fudge and they sure do charge me for it but I never see it in the cup so I asked for more and they tell me this is what extra fudge looks like. They always ask you to park and wait for fresh freeze but then the fries are cold when I get them like how? I don't argue like Worldstar videos but I see why others do. Ridiculous.

Food was good, fries were hot. Place is clean. Service sucked butt. Cashier is not upfront when there is a line of people waiting to pay since their order kiosks don’t work. You stand up there and wait and wait if you need something and they just look at you and ignore you
If i could give them 0 stars i would went Saturday morning at 3am got off work thinking i was going get a tasty meal some guy kept argument with me not wanting to give my burger i asked for a refund and didn’t want to give me a refund never go to this McDonalds wont be coming back will be contacting Hr about this behavior not only did they not want give me my burger THEY HAD ME GOING IN CIRCLES 5 times in the drive through is crazy manage from night is bad as well why you having your employees run the store when they don’t know how too as well with them being lazy . The store is really dirty . Inappropriate language was said to me as well when i asked politely nicely that i was missing my burger 🍔 these people can not be working there with this nasty behavior . I dont know if is cause i was Hispanic or what but this got to change
