McDonald's is not normally my first choice for a meal, but i really like their McChicken sandwich. My order was made quickly, but the fries were not as crispy as i would have liked. The manager must have seen my face because she promptly offered to make a fresh batch. I was pleasantly surprised!

Couldn't tell you about the food. Argued over my PAID MOBILE ORDER for 30 minutes before another CUSTOMER had to assist me with cancelling it, because the employees and manager could not. Outrageous.
I can see the reply now, "oh we were going to give you free food." I'm not a bum. I wanted the food I paid for, not some hand out because you can't figure out your job.

I just picked up my lunch at 11am. This location will serve you reheated fries from the day before and still cold. But the nuggets were hot...doesn't make sense. The people in the drive thru are dry and never pleasant to deal with. If you don't like your job, WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

So I normally come to this one as the food seems to be better than the one that is closer, but wow...DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS ITS FOR 1 PERSON!!!!! They do not seem to understand that you may have multiple items!!!! I asked for the Mcdouble meal, A medium fry, A double cheeseburger and a 4 pc nugget. Not hard right.... Well first while ordering the guy kept telling me he couldnt do a Medium fry because on came in the meal was small. I kept repeating, yes I know but I also want a medium fry. Then a woman come on and says no it changed the price and I had to point blank ask if I was only allowed 1 fry per order or am I allowed to order more fries!! So I think thats done...noooooo. I pay and get to the next window and realize that she charged me for ( aside from the Mcdouble meal) for 2 double cheeseburgers and no 4 pc nugget. I ask for a manger as I already paid and there is a price difference. I tell him I didnt order 2 double cheeseburgers, just 1 and they left of my 4 pc nugget. He say the 4 piece nugget is on there and again points to the meal. I can not make this crap up..... I say yes, there is one in the meal, I also want another one. This guy looks at me like I just spoke in alien or something. Total dumb founded look, he says its right there and again points to the mean.... I gave up, asked for my $$ back and will not go back unless I order from the app.
My only issue was I ordered a sweet tea. I got it. It tasted it and it was not sweet. Then I ordered another one. Got a replacement one it still wasn’t sweet.

I came in today and got breakfast for myself and my daughter. I got a meal, she just got the sandwich and it still came to over 25.00! Then to top it off, once I get home I realized that they didn't even put eggs on my sandwich. How does the person working in the kitchen think that that's acceptable? And how exactly is this person worth $15 an hour plus? I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say I cannot wait for McDonald's to replace all of these incompetent people with robots. Robots who aren't filthy, who don't show up to work with an attitude and who actually do what they're supposed to do. Kind of like the rest of us when we go to work. Whoever's working the kitchen who ripped me off on my eggs, enjoy the next 4 years.

Went to the drive-thru on a Thursday morning. Had kind of low expectations cuz it was 3:30 in the morning, lol. But the service was great. Really fast. The ladies in the Drive-Thru were super polite. They even gave us free extra tartar sauce with our fish fillet. Thanks a lot ?
