Not sure why this place only has 3 stars. It should have all 5⭐ I've ordered multiple times in the last 3 days. Every time the food comes out hot fresh and in less than 3 minutes. All the employees I've met are very down to earth and professional. Not sure if this place is under New Management but they are doing way better than three stars.

Cashier that took my order ( light skin with fro) was great! But getting my food, the chick with the natural hair was not pleasant and when I said my fries were weak (not fresh and crisp), she did not acknowledge, but just continued to work. On 10/25/25 between 2:17-2:27am.

The food‘s good, but the associates are rude as hell. They don’t greet you when you come in. I’ll see you standing there not even acknowledge you. If something‘s wrong, they kind of get an attitude about fixing it. Most of the time the food‘s great it’s hot. It’s fresh there. Customer service just needs a lot of help. I understand. It’s frustrating working in customer service but you have to be friendly to people, especially when they’re spending their money...
