Can never get an order correct. I ask for no meat on my breakfast sandwich and guess what's on there sausage. And then why dont the people tell you as your ordering that something is an up charge but instead give a nasty attitude when you ask why the total is more. 03/23/2026 yet again my order is incorrect!!! I mean how hard is it to put just egg and cheese on a piece of bread???? Then called the store like 8 times and no one picks up. This mcdonalds is the worst in orlando save your self the trouble and drive to the next one.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've started ordering from mconalds further from my house to not have to go here. They have never got my order right once. God forbid you order curbside, you will be waiting 30 minutes for your food. I hope this place is safely and humanely turned into dust and all the workers find other jobs where they can be trained to be good workers and make a livable wage.

I came around 5:30-6:30pm. When I tell you I’ve never been in a McDonald’s that had such kind staff. The employees were so nice when I ask for stuff and the place was actually really nice and clean. 10/10

The closing crew was so remarkably kind when I know my order was a pain. I placed a pickup order 30 min from closing and the food was fresh and the team was very kind. I don’t drive and I know I was pushing it on the lobby closing but they were sweet. I didn’t catch any names but I came by 1/28/26 and this crew deserves a bonus or something.

About 30% of the time I get the right order. I have had doordash deliver and the location don't sent what I order. I have ordered on the app get to location and they don't have what I order and I loss the points I had used on the other. This location used to be great but it has went downhill. And don't try to call the location they don't answer the phone . Employees to busy on their own phone.
