I just got home from picking up breakfast from McDonald’s. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel, hashbrowns, and a large mocha. Cost me over $15! When I got home, I found that they gave me a sausage McMuffin. I tried to call twice and left the phone ringing 42 times. No one answered and I am very frustrated and aggravated about this.

Today (Sept 7 at 3:08 PM) I placed a mobile order because the McDonald’s app showed dining orders were accepted until 3:59 PM. When I arrived, the staff told me they only accepted cash, even though I had a mobile order. Then they changed their response and said they were only serving breakfast. I had to drive 16 more minutes to another McDonald’s. Very disappointing and disrespectful to loyal customers who rely on the app’s information. If I was a Available to give 0 stars I will.
The manager on duty the September 7th at 3:15am refused to give me my order when it was already paid saying that it was already breakfast time when the sign said something completely different and not only that.. he was extre disrespectful!!!

This location should be shut down. The chubby black guy with glasses & night crew always stop serving lunch at 2:45am. He tells you they’re only serving breakfast & taking cash. I guess as a way to steer customers away & not have to work. Most locations that are 24hrs serve dinner until 3:59am. Do yourself a favor if you’re someone who orders UberEats or work overnight, go to the locations on semoran where you’ll get great, honest service & food will be correct. Wish I could give them zero stars.
